      I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you to personally address the concerns you recently reported to the Better Business Bureau regarding the mailer you received from us. First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for any frustration or inconvenience this situation may have caused you. We take your feedback seriously, and it is never our intention to upset or dissatisfy anyone.
      Upon being notified of your complaint, we took immediate steps to understand the specifics of the situation and to ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. I want to assure you that we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of respect for our potential clients, and it appears that in this instance, we may have fallen short of those standards.
      We are doing our best to resolve the situation at hand. Somehow your information is not matching up exactly to what we have in our system and apparently is slipping by without detection.  We would like to make every effort to make sure you do not receive any more mail from our company. Is there any way you could please send us a picture of the postcard you are receiving front and back? This way we can find out exactly what mailing is being sent and can track the barcode to let our mailing company know to remove you from any future mailings. 
      Your satisfaction and trust are incredibly important to us, and we are eager to find a resolution.

      This company refuses to stop mailing me about buying my house.I have returned their mail many times with the request and informed them that I am on the do not mail list.I have called them Repeatedly and asked them not to mail me...They simply do not care about my wishes not to be contacted and I now feel that this is DIRECT HARASSMENT on their part towards me If they try to say that I have not returned their mail and if they say that I have not called them to tell them to stop...I CAN PROVE IT IN MY PHONE RECORDS

      Thanks so much for reaching out. We take these complaints very seriously and had our operations manager do a thorough search of our records to see if we have had any contact with ******************** by phone or mail in the last 12 months. Our records are not showing any communication with the information provided. Does he perhaps have a rental property with a different address or a cell phone in which he has contacted us on? We added the contact information provided to our Do Not Call List, just to be sure he will not be contact using this info. However, I just want to be sure there is not a missing piece to the puzzle here. Trying to cover all circumstances to make sure that we do not contact ******************** in the future. Also, it is not uncommon for us to get confused with other home buyers. Usually potential clients get lots of different mailers from several different companies and often think they are all from us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and promptly honor any request to be removed from communication. Please let me know if there is anything else you need on our end or other contact information from ******************** we can add to our list.

      I called and I spoke with *** about this several months ago!
      I filed a previous complaint with the bbb about this same issue. 
      *** said in that bbb report that she wished I would have called.
      So stop the lies!

      Do not mail me and do not call me ever!

      I will never sell my home to your company!

      The post card that I keep receiving gives that same exact address with
      the phone number has ************

      The post card keeps coming in the mail with my houses picture on it!

      If you think I am incorrect then here is a ****** review there are close to a dozen that same the same thing.

      How do I get this company to stop sending me junk snail mail postcards. I've written them asking to be removed from their mailing list. They ignored it. Their postcards are coming once a week now. I AM NEVER GOING TO SELL. If I did it would be through a realtor. Not a low cash offer.
      They used to call all the time before my number changed because I got rid of my land line ten years ago..

      So lets stop lying    stop mailing me and never call me!

      I have opted out of mail marketing through the U.S. ************** I desire this company to refrain from all further communication attempts at my address. I desire them to honor all request from those who have filled out the opt out marketing request forms!

      I wish this gentleman would have contacted us directly. We will certainly remove him from our mailing list. He is now on our Do Not Contact list and that he will not be included in any future marketing efforts. However, there is often an overlap period where mail pieces cannot be stopped and this is out of our control. We ask in this case, that you please simply discard can additional information received.
