  I was initially frustrated with not being able to speak with a representative. I was on hold over 8 minutes and finally left a message for a return call. I wasn't sure which service to schedule and wanted to discuss with a representative .I never received a call back but just went ahead and scheduled online an appointment. This was very easy and was happy with that but was concerned I didn't choose the right service. I didnt want to waste time and money on the wrong service call. As we got closer to the appointment I wanted confirmation of the appointment. Once again I wasn't able to speak with a representative. I emailed for a confirmation. I got a text confirmation instead. This was very frustrating. Now for the excellent aspects of Dr *********************** My tech **** was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment of speaking with him as he called to inform when he would arrive through to the entire visit. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations! He was knowledgeable, kind, considerate and very thorough in his work. He was respectful of the property using slippers over his shoes and bringing all cleaning supplies to leave my place better than when he came. He was helpful and respectful to my mom (who was at my home instead of me while I worked) as he waited for my financial approval with the purchase of my new gas fireplace insert as it was found that a new one would be best instead of trying to repair the old. I was never pressured to get a new one. He made sure she was ok and comfortable which was again above and beyond the call of duty!Dr Sweep, you have an excellent employee in **** *. He represents you well. Now you need to work on better initial contact with customers. Answer your phones in a timely manner and return calls when a message is left. It would have been a 5 star review if those things occurred.

  After they "completed" the job my house was filled with smoke in the middle of the night with my 2 young children asleep and it triggered every smoke detector in the house. They have been out to "fix" the issue 6 times and the job is still not complete.When the fireplace was not burning, the unsealed fireplace allowed an infestation of bugs to make their way inside the house. Wait until I upload the photos of their "finished product"Don't risk your family for this company. All they care about is getting paid. The owner **** told me that he only cared about solving my problem, and in good faith I gave him a large draw toward the unfinished fireplace that has cracks in the mortar and allows smoke into my home. ******************* sent a guy whos not a ***** to complete masonry work. This has been a colossal headache and a waste of my time and my wifes. I hope this review stops at least 1 person from falling victim to this terrible company. Dishonest, poor craftsmanship, poor ownership.

  Dr. ********************** claims to be a BBB accredited business, both in their print ads and on their phone recordings. They're not BBB accredited.

  ***** was very good at explaining the steps of replacing our old fireplace. He also did an excellent job of installing the new fireplace and cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely refer friends and family to Dr ***********************

  Dr ***** Sweep was able to inspect my chimney within a few days of my call. They did an extremely thorough and professional inspection for a very reasonable service fee. I also appreciate the time they took to explain all aspects of their proposal and the passion that is evident for their profession. I highly recommend!!

  We use Dr.Sweep every year for our fireplace maintenance. ****** was awe! He was so polite, kind and professional! I felt very confident in his work! He made it easy to have him in our home. The company rewards you when you are a return customer by giving you a discount!

  Nice job matching existing brickwork; rebuilt shoulder of chimney, added limestone, new chimney top and cap. Corrected a crumbling brick problem nicely. No concerns.

  This company basically said I just about needed a complete rebuild at ******* I had another company come out and said there was no issues and was in satisfactory condition
