            I called and filed a claim from a storm possible lightening strike that created a surge that effected my medical air system and other items that were plugged in at the time like TVs and miscellaneous items , I talked to an agent and she said all state covers lightening strikes and surges and she told me to file it so I did and I claimed the things that were plugged in at the time because you dont how effected things are until use it like tv is glitchy and my adjustable bed glitchy I could not use it anymore , and so nobody will buy an electronic item if they knew it was in a power surge , so I marked everything that was plugged in . I never received any call or help with my claim until 8 months later ?? so then they say it can be 90 more days ?? So Im on hospice and disabled and all state was waiting to see if I died first and I didnt is why they are finally getting back to me but now they are trying bully tactics .

            encountered an unexpected and unsettling situation whereby my insurance policy lapsed without prior notification as per all state.Agent who work for all state are not licensed local agents are not licensed on commission provide false drive wise credit and never inform me that road side assistance were also count as claim damaged by ***** nexis report
