  ********************* we have been down this road several times but the circumstance are different now remember at parks title you always supported illegal african immigrant scam artist *************************** fraudulent position that he purchase my former property he stolen ***************************************************************************** for ****** from ***** fargo, A BIG FRAUD. You stolen my ******** escrow payment from the state treasury under your file number ****. now in a letter dated 6/2/22 ***** fargo finally feasted up that " WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT PROPERTY" and on 8/19/22 at 9:35am ****************** a publisher with oakland county legal news spoke to me 47 min and 54 sec and she said,this house was not sold at the sheriff sale and went back to your mortgage broker chase.you open claim no. **-1809200986 9/2021 what is the status since everytime i call our underwriter first american title they say *************************** your ***** told them not to talk to me and hang up the phone in my face and in addition and still on my voicemail you told me that your claim is at the birmingham first american title office and you gave me the number but when i called the lady hung up in my face. this former property are paid off ******* with ***** in my name and you never got clear title and your client keeps damaging my credit report with all these loans y'all working.

  ************** previously brought litigation against Parks Title/First American and our insured borrower. ****************** Complaint was denied and this was over ************************************************************ our favor. ************** continues to call/fax/email Parks Title and we have been instructed by our underwriter to not respond to his calls/emails/faxes.

  This is just another attempt to avoid responsibility the bottom line is their are Fraud conducted here and ongoing no matter how long ago it was 1. illegal African immigrant *************************** lied to get me to move out and never purchased anything for ****** from ***** fargo in their on statement 6/2/22 are you determined to get away with that lie. Loan depot the last company he got a loan from under my credit account harming me said in their letter that the property the property went back to chase my mortgage broker and he did not buy the house from me. ********************* told me a year ago that my claim was at first american title in birmingham, ******** and an year ago september you provided me with claim number mi-********** that is years and years later from court proceeding step forward and be honest why are you providing **** claim numbers over these years and where is the money going from these claims because at the same time you are telling me that *************************** filed claims with your company. the oakland county legal news says the property went back to chase so who did *************************** buy the house from?
