I had given a collection of approximately 750 boxes of military miniatures valued at approximately $75,000 to ******************* at Michigan Toy Soldier in 2015. These were to be sold on consignment with residual checks going to me monthly. This has been an extremely difficult process of receiving timely payments and getting responses to my inquiries since inception. Since inception, I would have to send numerous emails on the same issues before receiving responses. Payments were habitually late. COVID caused an interruption in our arrangement, however, I am not sure when business was back to normal for his company. I have been trying to find out the status of my remaining unsold or perhaps sold merchandise, as I have received no payments and no communications. I have repeatedly emailed ******************* seeking information,, but ALL emails continue to be unanswered. I emailed 4/23 4/5 5/12 5/21. I am concerned that I cannot find out the status of my remaining merchandise and am fearful of something not good.
