      First Insurance Corporation, *************** (agent) says he need to take my Colonial Penn Life Insurance policy with him back to the office. ********** has not mail ********* her life insurance policy under Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company. ********** did not respond to calls nor letters. *************** called and left a message with management. ********* has not received a call from someone who********** reports to. ********* would like for FIC to return Colonial Penn Life insurance policy to policy holder (***************).       This complaint was originally submitted to and resolved with Business Consumer Alliance back in mid-November. As an organization, we fulfilled the following to satisfy the clients' request 2 months ago with that organization.
      The management team at First Insurance Corp reached out to Ms. ***** to see how we could best answer her concerns. Ms. ***** primarily wanted a copy of her old policy because she decided not to move forward with the application that she had submitted through *****. Ms. ***** acknowledged that ***** was attempting to get her a better policy, but she had gotten nervous after talking to one of her neighbors about her decision. FIC had ***** follow up with the client. ***** called Colonial Penn with Ms. ***** to send a duplicate policy to the client. The client and ***** were on hold for quite awhile and Ms. ***** stated that she would just call them later and request the duplicate policy. Ms. ***** called FIC a few days later and relayed to the management team that everything was resolved with Colonial Penn as they were sending her a duplicate copy of her policy. The management team also made a follow up call to Ms. ***** again to ensure everything was taken care of, but only reached her voicemail. We are open and willing to help her with anything she needs moving forward.
