              I had paid *** the owner for a server and part of the agreement was to install that server, he has not been willing to help with the install and also will not provide me with the security four digit Code needed to access the server to use it. I have spoken with him by calling from another phone number and he immaturely hung up on me vs having a mature professional conversation. I told him if there was any additional remaining balance I could pay for that but wasnt comfortable doing so until he finished what I had pre paid for with the server and other work etc. He hung up on me and was just extremely unprofessional for that call and for most of his time spent doing any I.T. work for us. Honestly a horrible experience all around. Very disappointed and now basically have to pur*** a legal route to *** him since he wont be a professional / ethically /morally sound individual and have a calm controlled conversation to resolve the is*** at hand. ????

              Reviewer was denied service due to nonpayment of services totaling over $1000, trying to insist they were "part of the project" when told multiple times that the extra work done was not part of the original scope. This was explained clearly to them numerous times. The $1,168.66 balance has not been paid since billed in mid-2021 when the non-scoped work was performed. Per company policy, clients are denied service if they have an outstanding balance over a certain amount of time.
