On May 21st I contacted chip concrete I talked to the owner **** and I describe the project I want it done a sidewalk 22 ft x 3 ft and a 4 ft addition to a existing patio I really agree that it was just under 200 ft he said there will be no problem I just needed to get him $100 deposit I mail the deposit out the very same day on May 27th to check cleared and I waited to hear from him ********************************************************************************************** I was about 2 months away from installation I told him that I was not aware it was going to take that long to get the job done and ask for a refund at that time he informed me that if you look at the contract there are no refunds so I said okay I wish I had known that before I entered into this lifelong commitment at that time he called me and we had a conversation I thought we had made another agreement he said that it would take about 2 months and that he didn't want me to think that he was not being honest so I agree to wait that was 3 months ago I have not heard from him and what I would like to have happen even though the contract says no refund that's no refund can't be based on the fact that he didn't do the work I like to have my $100 back and if I can't get my money back I just want other people to know and when doing business with this company get a definite installation date don't wait like I did for almost 5 months as I stated earlier I only had the one conversation since *** and I took him at his word which is probably not a good business thing to do he has a lot of positive customer support from jobs that he has completed there's no doubt in my mind he probably does a good job but I didn't get the work so I can't actually support that so hopefully you can bring a resolution to this so I can put this behind me and move forward thank you
