      I was contacted by this bank on 06/23/2022 asking for information as to when a past due loan would be paid. This loan was approximately 2 weeks past due. After explaining to a loan agent that I was under extreme financial circumstances and this loan would be paid in early to mid July, she asked a follow up question and the phone call ended. Assuming that she was going to notate my account but she did not. I had a fraudulent charge on my card and had to have the card reactivated, which I have had done previously. After calling and having it successfully reactivated and working for a day, it was then cancelled with no notification. As I called they mentioned the teller was new and wasn't supposed to provide that service, a new card was required to be ordered. 06/28/2022 I went into the local branch on Tittabawasee and requested a new card. The teller walks back and forth between the loan officer relaying information. They then tried to leverage and require me to pay on my past due loan of only 2 weeks or they were unable to provide me with a new instant debit card. This instant debit card service is $10. After I mentioned to the branch manager this was completely unethical she offered no compromise other than offering to order a new card, that has taken up to 2-3 weeks in the past. She then claimed it would still be a $10 charge. I then left in frustration with the $10 still on the counter. This $10 was set in front of the tellers keyboard and she took it from me to process the payment until they tried to unethically leverage to make a payment on a loan for a simple service. I would like to verify if this institution is following the proper financial compliance and guidelines while trying to leverage certain basic services unless loans of only a few weeks are paid whilst under very challenging circumstances. I would also like camera footage to be reviewed between 12pm-1:30pm to determine where this $10 was placed, as the branch/teller claims they never seen it.
