This company is unlawfully reporting an inaccurate charge off account (******) to my consumers report as well as, utilizations and transaction history. The report states that it is paid/and closed as a charge-off. if something is paid and closed you cannot report it as a debt unlikely to be paid which is a charge off. This reporting is fraudulent and contradicting, making it Inaccurate and a violation of my rights under 15 US Code 1681e(b) information being reported should assure maximum possible accuracy of information to the individual in which it relates to, 15 US Code 1681a (2) EXCLUSIONS- does not include reporting containing information solely as to transactions or experiences, and 15 US Code **** abusive practices. I am demanding the abatement of these accounts and its entirety for all three consumer reporting agencies.Initial Complaint

On the 24th of March 2022, a lawsuit settlement check was deposited into our account. A 14-day hold was placed on the check, and the reason given was "due to New Account." I have held an account at this credit union for over six years. Wildfire Credit Union will receive the funds within three business days because it was written from a trust account. My problem with it is that when I opened the account, I specifically asked about their hold policies, and at that time, I was told it would be no more than two to five business days, worst case. Based on Regulation CC, banks can hold a check for two business days (for on-us checks) and five extra business days (totaling seven) for local checks. They are holding my funds beyond what is stated in Regulation CC. Also, by law, the institution must post a notice of its availability policy about consumer accounts in each location where employees accept consumer deposits, and no such information is posted in the drive-thru. Also, The Expedited Funds Availability Act requires up to the first $200 of a non-"next-day" check(s) to be made available the next day, which was not offered or done. Since there is now only one ************ check-processing region, there are no longer any "nonlocal" checks for purposes of Regulation CC.Initial Complaint

15 **** **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.15 **** **** section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account with out my written instruction.15 *********** Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt.
