I purchased one season of lawn treatments from Custom Lawn Care in 2023. I prepaid for one season and paid in full with a credit card. I did not have an ongoing subscription but I paid for one season with an agreed upon start and end date. I never received a phone call or mail with a price quote for 2024 and I did not order service. Then I received threatening emails demanding payment for lawn service that I didnt even know occurred. I contacted ****** at Custom Lawn Care and she told me they renewed lawn service without my agreement at a drastically increased rate and that I would have to pay for the service even though I didnt order it. I declined to pay for the service that I did not order and wasnt aware of having occurred. They have now sent me to collection services and reported an unpaid debt for $109.60 to all credit reporting agencies. I explained to ****** that I did not occupy the property and that I did not order services for ************************************************************************************************************************** whatever price they want without authorization from me. I will not pay for service that wasnt aware occurred and I didnt order. I want this removed from the credit reporting agencies. I find this incredible that ****** had the ability to destroy my credit when I did not choose to do business with them.
