    Bought 2020 Malibu: January 9th 2023 ;****** miles ***** down: March 29th 2023 Bought 2021 Terrain: April 5th 2023 ;****** miles (certified pre-owned)Between 3/30-3/31 **** service repair technician called to tell me that there would be a $164 diagnostic fee, I had to okay. vacuum pump failed which caused exhaust camshaft to fail; need to do a full inspection which would be 820$ so that warranty company can come take a look to see if it is covered. Between 4/3-4/4 **** called back to tell me warranty would not be covered because the vacuum pump was not covered and they decided since that caused the other failures they could not cover anything. 2300$ to fix. I said okay and okayed everything over the phone. On April 5th got a call from the service manager ******* telling me they repaired these things and the car was running fine the night before but when they attempted to start the car the next morning, it backfired and would not start, so they did further inspection and found a lot more wrong with the engine so many more parts needed repairs. Then said this went from really bad repair to extremely terrible repair when I asked how much this would cost he told me a very rough estimate would be 10k -immediately walked into Mcdonald and demanded to see a manager, that's when ***** came over and said he would help me out.*****: the mechanics don't even want to touch that car (so at this point I do not want the car because I cannot afford that and also I am afraid it is a complete lemon4/11: **** service repair technician at Mcdonald GMC; 1:33 pm to 1:36 pm; I asked for a detailed write up and he told me they could not get it to me because the estimate was still open and repairs were still being made4/26: ***** (car salesman) called to tell me my car did not go through the full inspection and would not be covered unless I had it brought in to go through the full 170 point inspection. Had my car for 2 hours and then returned it.Purchased a vehicle in january from Mcdonald GMC on state street ******* ** that had catastrophic failures with estimate of 10k and said warranty would not cover it, took it back on trade way undervalued, sold me a new car and took no responsibility for the fact it was a lemon Told me the entire loan for malibu would be wiped free and clear told me it would be even trade for the terrain, but over 9k was rolled over from the malibu once I looked through paperwork. Not honest, said I had no other option when we asked about cheaper car ************ have a 7 year plan at 619$ per month, ****** (****** with interest) loan on terrain -Malibu was a ****** (****** with interest) loan Wont give me a detailed write up of the repairs or what is wrong with it everything was over the phone, attempted to contact multiple times left voicemails for business manager, no response

    I purchased a 2009 buick enclave from Mcdonald Cadillac April 13,2023 I was told it passed inspection. I picked the buick enclave a few days later. June the vehicle started to make noise sluggish driving engine light flashing. I then had a diagnostic test done on the buick enclave and it read Powertrain and timing change which I immediately called Mcdonald Cadillac spoke with Mr. *** who informed me that I can bring the 2009 buick enclave in for trade. I drove the buick enclave up to Mcdonald Cadillac once i arrived talking to Mr. **** I than gave Mr *** the diagnostic test for the buick enclave. I couldn't find anything so I asked if I can keep the buick enclave 2009. Mr. *** informed me about McDonald Cadillac in house loan called ****** company. I was excited that I can keep my 2009 and then Mr. *** informed me that he was going paying half of the repairs cause I had just purchased the vehicle and I didn't have a warranty. Mcdonald Cadillac picked up the buick enclave for *********** I got it back from Mcdonald Cadillac service center I noticed my steering wheel cover had been cut. I drove the buick enclave home a few months past and it doing the samething engine light started flashing start making noise driving sluggish. I did another diagnostic test and was the same Powertrain and timing change. Immediately call Mcdonald Cadillac spoke to Mr *** who informed me to come in.the drove the buick enclave to Mcdonald Cadillac once arrived I was talking to Mr *** and Mr.***** regarding the problem with the buick enclave. I gave they the copy of the diagnostic test than Mr. *** drove the buick enclave in the service center while I was looking for another vehicle. Once Mr.*** came back from the service center Mr *** informed me that it's to much to fix. Looking for another vehicle I was informed by Mr.***** that the vehicle i pick it has to be over ******* Mr.***** that ************* my case now and he ran my credit 6times wiout my knowledge it's been 3 1/2 months no help.
