      I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado from them and ever since I bought it I have had to put it in the shop for mechanical repairs every two months. I have had the truck for a year and I have had to put ***** dollars in mechanical repairs. It is in the shop now for engine issues and I am not even sure if I can afford to have the truck fixed. I tried contacting them about the truck and either they dont return my calls or they hang up on me with a real nasty attitude

      I was at the Wilson Lincoln dealership in ******* ******** looking at a car possibly to trade mines in. The car I was trying to buy was a 2016 Lincoln MKX which was $29,800 and when they came up with a monthly price of $680 monthly I told them I couldn't afford it and after tell them that they ran my credit anyway. The ran my credit to 10 different banks and credit union for the sum of $40,527 and the car was only $29,800 which effected my credit score. I call to talk to a manager and his response is thats what we do. And for them doing what they did and getting my credit score lower than what it was I would like $5000 for running my credit and lying about the amount need to be financed.

      On January 2020, I took my 2013 **** Fiesta to be serviced at Wilson Ford Lincoln at ******************************. I was experiencing fluid leakage underneath the vehicle and was uncertain of the source and the cause. I also noticed a vibration - throttle I wasn't comfortable with. A few days later I received a call from the dealership stating that I would need a new transmission.I returned to Wilson **** and spoke with Customer Support in the ************* After informing me that the car was not safe to drive, they quoted $4,887 (used) -$5,232 (new) to have the transmission replaced. I felt I had no other option but to pay for a new transmission, even though I felt it abnormal that a car with under ****** miles, that I had never driven further than *******, **, would need a new transmission. I tried taking it to a local Auto Repair Shop for a bit of a cheaper price, but he was unable to get the necessary parts to repair it. At the time, I was unaware of the nationwide lawsuit against **** regarding defective transmissions in their **** Fiesta and **** Focus models. Wilson Ford Lincoln has yet to mention the lawsuit to me or offer a viable solution for car repair. The Fiesta is unreliable, and I feel unsafe when I have no other option but to drive it. As a result, I feel uncomfortable pursuing better job opportunities in distant locations due to the faulty transmission. I didn't report this complaint before now because I didn't know that the Better Business Bureau was an option. Once I realized there was a lawsuit and it was too late for me to take part, I started researching other alternatives. The title of the **** Fiesta is in my mothers, ****** Shorts name. The car was gifted to me in 2015 and Ive been the sole primary driver of the car. Her contact number is *************. Thank you for your time in reading my complaint and for your consideration.
