I had a guardian shoved down my throat based on the c*** the social worker from Wellspring cooked up. A stroke I had about 15 years ago did not cause brain damage. My frontal lobe is still functioning. But my case was paid for before I even got into the court room. There was an employee of the Guardianship Services of Saginaw county just happened to be sitting in the court room ready to hand out cards. Is the Guardianship Services of Saginaw county boss ******************************* NCG a CFP. Because if she is how come my bills are not being paid. I have been trying to establish credit for a year and a half and HAD a credit score of 762 with an excellent payment history. I was paying my credit cards while I was in the hospital and even when I was stuck here in **********. ******************************* NCG was forced on me on January 30. ******************************* NCG closed my checking account on February 3rd. She didn't even wait for me to tell the court that I don't need or want her. I now have late payments on my credit report. My credit card companies are saying they will *** me for the money. The only reason I had a guardian forced on me was to prevent me from leaving **********. That was the 3rd time I was prevented from leaving. Nobody asked me anything about what I can or cannot do. My Dr. ****** with ********** saying that I need help with everything but breathing. And after my stroke about 15 years ago (which did not affect my frontal lobe) that I can't make everyday tasks. What a nice way to treat a veteran. I have been trying to escape from ********** since September 7th. First 2 times it was ****** then the third time it was *****. And now that I have NO MONEY AND NO PLACE TO LIVE I have been called independent which would have been better in September when I became independent during physical therapy. All this stress is taking it's toll on me. My hair is falling out by the handful. I'm having a problem with sleeping. This has ruined my life. All because I wanted to move.
