I have tried to resolve my refund issue with Skyweb Internet. When I signed up for the internet service with Skyweb I was not receiving the proper MBPS as stated in their literature for my area. After several attempts by phone to resolve this matter, I was put forward to a Skyweb Manager by the name of ****. I explained to **** I have to work and need guaranteed access to good internet 24/7 at my location *****************************************************************************************. **** explained I needed a repeater for an additional cost of $79.99. I gladly paid the cost and **** assured me I would receive between ***** MBPS. If not he agreed to provide and issue a free return shipping label and refund my $79.99 fee for the repeater.Between May and June 2023, I must have called a minimum of ***** times at all times of the day. I never did receive what I was promised between ***** MBPS. Once my one-month trial ended I repeatedly called Skyweb and left messages for **** to call me to arrange the return of the repeater and refund of the fee. To date, I have not received a call nor a free return shipping label and refunded my $79.99 fee for the repeater. I was left with no other choice but to get an alternate provider for internet service. My attempts to resolve this matter have completely frustrated me to the point of this complaint with the BBB. I ask the BBB to please intervene, and have Skyweb Internet follow through with their promises and provide a free return shipping label and refund my $79.99 fee for the repeater.I remain ***************************Initial Complaint

On June 15, 2022 I renewed my subscription to Skyweb Wi-Fi. I had issues connecting & using their service. I called them. The tech asked to access my computer to check settings. He screwed my computer up so bad that it took me a week to fix it. Ever since June 15, 2022 Ive had issues connecting & using their service. I am two trailers away from the closest signal antenna & still have issues connecting. Of the two signals my IPad detects, neither one works all the time. No internet connection, dropped service right in the middle of certain important sessions, weak signal, etc. are just some of the issues Im having. I called them again today, July 7, 2022. The tech said everything was working properlyobviously its not! He then wanted to access my IPad again to check settings. I denied him access because of how much the last guy screwed my IPad up. He told me that if I did not ***** him access to my IPad that he could not help me. He then told me there were weak signals. I then asked for my money back stating the reason being unsatisfied with their ****************** He told me he couldnt refund my money. Right on their website it states Wi-******************* guaranteed to work 100%. They also stated that they have a 30 day money back guarantee. He still would not refund my money. You must understand, all I want is to have Internet access like they advertise. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT in every aspect! I dont want to cancel, but they left me no choice. Now they refuse to give my money back! Ive been a loyal customer of theirs since installation of this Skyweb Wi-Fi system & was kinda happy with it until now. This is the worst its ever been! Ridiculous! They cant advertise Wi-Fi Internet guaranteed & then not provide it. They cant advertise 30 day money back guarantee & then not give it when asked. All I want is Internet Access. They charge me $29.99 every month & then deliver a crappy service & wont stand behind their product or their guarantees!
