            HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!! I researched chimney companies and decided on this one because of the ****** reviews & it was the Biggest mistake I could've made. I see now that I should've read the reviews on the BBB website as they seem more in line with the terrible experience I've had. ***** scammed me out of $1500 (that I will be filing a claim for as I've already spoken with the House Counsel at my job) for a job that impart wasn't even necessary and in actuality he only swept one chimney and tied 2 wires to another chimney saying that how we need to open and close it! He had a welcoming, bubbly personality when he was trying to get my business but as soon as he had my money, his energy shifted and he was too busy to explain what he had done to substantiate $1500 worth of work & was super rushed and disrespectful. Based on the reviews on BBB, it appears that I was cheated and scammed because I'm a Minority Woman but the difference is I have 3 degrees and resources and I will not stop until I get my money back! I refuse to be taken advantage of and scammed by someone who's taking advantage of women or elderly because we don't know about chimneys or masonry work! Do NOT, I REPEAT, do NOT do business with this company. I am NOT letting this go!!! ***** and his company are ****** and scam artists, robbing women and their children during the holiday season!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Find someone else, especially if you're a woman!
