HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!! I researched chimney companies and decided on this one because of the ****** reviews & it was the Biggest mistake I could've made. I see now that I should've read the reviews on the BBB website as they seem more in line with the terrible experience I've had. ***** scammed me out of $1500 (that I will be filing a claim for as I've already spoken with the House Counsel at my job) for a job that impart wasn't even necessary and in actuality he only swept one chimney and tied 2 wires to another chimney saying that how we need to open and close it! He had a welcoming, bubbly personality when he was trying to get my business but as soon as he had my money, his energy shifted and he was too busy to explain what he had done to substantiate $1500 worth of work & was super rushed and disrespectful. Based on the reviews on BBB, it appears that I was cheated and scammed because I'm a Minority Woman but the difference is I have 3 degrees and resources and I will not stop until I get my money back! I refuse to be taken advantage of and scammed by someone who's taking advantage of women or elderly because we don't know about chimneys or masonry work! Do NOT, I REPEAT, do NOT do business with this company. I am NOT letting this go!!! ***** and his company are ****** and scam artists, robbing women and their children during the holiday season!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Find someone else, especially if you're a woman!Review from Brenda C

Talks a good game on initial visit. Rushes to get you to sign a contract that doesn't include all scopes of work he says he will perform. Owner is not true to his word. Sloppy tuckpointing, Workers were taking down their scaffolding when we noticed they had put my two 45 year old chimney caps back on. Owner led me to believe they would be replaced with stainless steel. ****** said he was not told to replace them. Called the owner and got a song and dance saying he couldn't find stainless steel anywhere. Owner showed up in a rush at the end of the job with black chimney caps to install. Why weren't the chimney caps on the work truck when they came when they brought everything else they needed. I truly believe they thought we wouldn't notice and were not going to replace them at all.After being paid in cash at the end of the job, they rushed out before we could do a thorough inspection of the work. I immediately texted ***** and told him about the issues. He made light of my issues and said no big deal when sending pictures of the sloppy tuckpointing but finally said he would come out and do the repair himself. We gave the owner, *****, a month to come back and honor his company's workmanship. He kept stalling via text leading us to believe he would stop by and fix his worker's tuckpointing mess. A month later, he is still a no show. I held off doing this review because I realize that this is his busiest time of year, but now realize he had no intention of doing the repair.I would advise everyone to choose a different company.

******, you absolutely loved the job, I through the chimney caps in for free because you wanted new chimney caps for your new chimney which is fine. I didn't add them in your Description because they weren't called for. I don't charge people for equipment we can reuse... Your caps were fine but I agreed to put new 1s on for you. You were also not the happiest and very rude because of my workers being of Mexican heritage That was a little bit offensive so it's best if we part ways.
