On 9/2/2022 Mr. Furnace stated that my AC unit had to have the compressor replaced due to a brown out and that it was a act of god. At the time of inspection the unit was only 13 months old and purchased from this vendor. The vendor stated that they did not have a compressor available and could not find a replacement until 9/12/2022. The proceeded to charge me $530.00 for this.They stated the compressor was in *******. The vendor cancelled the 9/12/2022 appointment due to call offs. On 9/13/ 2022 the vendor replaced the compressor. At this point the vendor explained to me that he did not have the correct wiring harness for the compressor. The vendor then stated that it was a 10 week back order on the harness, Why would you come to a job site without the proper installation hardware. I spent $14000,00 dollars on this system 13 months ago. I find this excuse unacceptable and unprofessional. I would suggest that any other buyers from this vendor take caution.Business response
