I had them out for a service call due to a furnace not blowing heat. After their inspection they attempted to sell me a new one at a pretty high cost. I got a second opinion and it was just the blower motor. Got it fixed and worked just fine. Saved over $3000. I definitely do not recommend them.Review from Renee S

We have been using these guys for years at both our home and business. They are fair, reasonable, professional, and knowledgeable. Refer them with confidence often.Bought a new unit from them a couple years ago and are very pleased. Same day install and made financing easy as well as affordable. These scam crooks waited for us to get financed.. Set a day to come and install a Furnace and AC Unit.. and now all of a sudden they to not have the furnace promised on the estimate and tried to down grade us for the same price!I am disgusted by these thieves and intend on informing as many people as I can!DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Especially their Scam no good slow minded sales guy name *********************** and the owner is an a$$hat scam artist!! There will be a poor review on every single platform including BBB

We have been in business for over 40 years. We take every customer's concern seriously. We have a great rating on ****** and a good rating with BBB. Due to COVID, the supply and demand chain has endured considerable challenges, and specific furnaces are very difficult to get and are currently back ordered. Unfortunately, through the procrastination of trying to get this individual financed we ran into similar challenges, First her credit was denied, then we switched the credit to her boyfriend's name, whom does not own the house, causing an additional delay. In the process of all these delays, the last furnace model that was selected on her original contract was sold. We offered her a discount on a model one step down from the original model - the only difference was is that is has a galvanized finished vs. a painted finish. The manufacturer informed us that the original selected model is currently not in stock, and will not be back in stock for approximately 3-4 months due to what's happening in the industry. We also offered her an upgrade (approximately $1,000 upgrade), for less than half of the original cost. Myself as the owner, I will state that that this customer used profanities that were very offensive, and accused me of being someone else. My secretary overheard the conversation as I was on speaker, and was appalled with the language that she used. I truly understand from a consumers standpoint that we all look for the best deal possible, but with the delays due to the pandemic, any sort of procrastination only causes more setbacks.
