In June 23' I purchased a vehicle from St Helen Power Sports. I have never received my title or plate for this unit. They stated they never got the title from the original owner and cannot file for a lost title. The dealership General Manager gave me a dealer plate on July 4th because my temporary tag expired to use until my plate and title got resolved. Now they are trying to charge me with Larceny by conversion. They gave me the plate. I didn't take it and still do not have a title or plate. I know this has happened to many customers there. I was employed there, but purchased this car by paying cash in full as a customer. Other business dealings are they operate without a state license for their automotive repair. They are putting a used motor in a unit that the customer paid $18000 for a new one. Sold a consignment (they do not have a consignment license) customers unit to someone. That someone blew it up, brought it back and the owner gave him a new unit and told the consignment customer that the unit blew up on the test drive. Not true! They are not paying liens off and customers are being lied too about the banks. Forgery by the owner signing customers names to legal documents. I really want this situation resolved. I need a vehicle with a plate and title. Legal.

This complaint is from a former Ex-Employee who is under Police investigation for a number of offences that they committed while employed at St. Helen Power Sports, the last being extortion for additional payments to which they are not owed. It is a clearly a smear campaign that they are engaging in with the BBB as the main component that she is discussing here is the failure to provide her title and plate for a vehicle they purchased as an employee, that they did all the paperwork themselves. When discovered it was inaccurate the management took every step to rectify the situation to which we did within the 21 day compliance standards. As for all the other comments they are very creative as again this is a disgruntled employee under legal investigation.

Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business.
