      If I could give 0 stars, I would. I also wish I read google reviews before purchasing Customer service is horrible! And the owner takes it personal when you inquire about the durability of the product. I placed an order for my horse that was rubbing his mane out while trying to eat grass on the other side of the pasture. I paid to rush ship and even spoke with barb on the phone about the issue. Instead of notifying me that her product wouldn’t hold up or she doesn’t have a warranty, she took my money and shipped the product Her product ripped after less than 24 hours (first use). I contacted barb inquiring about the warranty or more durable product. Instead, she told me her products won’t hold up and to hit wire my fence. It’s not an option for me to do so as I am a boarder, and the owner of the farm does not hot wire that fence BECAUSE the ponies put their heads through. When I told her I was unhappy as I expressed the issue to her when I placed the order, and she did not tell me at that point that her product would not withstand and she did not have a warranty, her response was: “Being a horse owner, you know horses are very strong animals. No one in the industry warrants horse damage. NO ONE. You know that fact if you have spent any time in the horse business. There is no such thing as normal horse wear and tear. And, there is no such thing as a stretch fabric durable enough to withstand horseplay. Also, it's been a month and a half since you received your mane tamer. In the picture you sent us, the mane tamer is filthy. It's been on way longer than just one day. It is a fact of nature that over time friction will wear a hole in anything. Barb” Also, her site says she does repairs and she did not offer that service. I do not recommend her products and she does not understand that customer service is the bread and butter of a small business.

      The customer placed an order on *******. She noted on her order "Hi! I have a 12hh ***** pony. I ordered a small, but please let me know if I should size down." She ordered a size Small which is the correct size for her pony. The customer paid a rush fee to move her order to the front of line and also paid for expedited shipping. Because it was a rush order, one of my employees called her the next day (I am not in the office on Wednesday) and requested measurements. She then sent us this email "We spoke earlier about my small pony and his measurements: muzzle- 16 Throat latch- 26 Poll to whither-28 Girth-56 " My employee, who has been with me over 18yrs, stated they just discussed measurements, per the phone notes of the call. The order was shipped that day, The customer received it on July 24th. Six weeks after receiving the article the customer sends us photos of her purchase showing obvious evidence of horse wear and tear. We don't offer an unlimited warranty. No one in the horse industry does. We have a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects but we are not liable for horse damage. Regrettably, due to the wild nature of horses, there is no merchant that warrants horse damage. The customer never inquired about repairs during our ongoing communication. Because of the pictures the customer submitted, we cannot put dirty articles under our machines without damaging them. I will gladly submit the pictures, upon request, that the customer sent to us.
