I had UFCU assume the loan on two vehicles, purchased at different times, from a buy here pay here dealership. The accounts were separate loans starting June 2019. My first vehicle was paid off in February 2023. UFCU sent me the title to my vehicle that I was still making payments on. I informed UFCU of their error and asked for my correct title. They informed me that I had to return the title they mistakenly sent, and they would send the correct one. I informed them that this was NOT acceptable, and I would only return the title once I had the correct one, Even if I would have illegally did something with the wrong title, they had all the legality necessary to pursue me if I did that. June of this year, I had an offer of $12,000 for the car that was paid off. I informed the purchaser that I was having title issues and turned the incorrect title into UFCU ****** Lakes. The manager, *****************************, told me he would have the issue resolved immediately. I heard nothing for 2 weeks from UFCU. The purchaser of the car backed accusing me of illegally trying to sell my car because I didn't have the title. I recently made several calls to UFCU and they informed me that the did send the title and the United ********************* "lost it in the mail". I have lost $12,000 in the potential sale of the car and still do not have a title. A lot of excuses but no title.Business response

I've been banking with United Federal Credit Union for almost 40 years. May 14th I noticed 21 fraudulent charges to my checking account. **** returned $5,000 of the fraudulent charges they allowed to happen. I would like the $2,300 of my money that they allowed to be stolen from my account. They have been very uncooperative, unhelpful, uninformative and rude during the investigation. I hope that others see this and consider doing business with other credit unions so they do not have their money stolenBusiness response

United Federal Credit Union -CREDITOR HAS VIOLATED THE **** REGULATION V/ **** SECTION 623(A)(7).- DUTY TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER WITH WRITTEN NOTIFICATION ABOUT THE INSERTION OF NEGATIVE INFORMATION AFTER 30 DAYS OF ITS INSERTION. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH NOTIFICATION FROM CREDITORS IN THE PAST OR PRESENT. IF THE CREDITOR FEELS THAT THEY HAVE SENT ME PROPER WRITTEN NOTIFICATION WITHIN THE LEGALLY ALLOTTED TIME FRAME ACCORDING TO FEDERAL LAW, THEN I AM REQUESTING A COPY OF THE CERTIFIED RETURN RECEIPT BEARING MY NAME AND SIGNATURE ON IT. The bank does not handle my mortgage loan very well. I set the direct mortgage payment with the Bank manager several times to withdraw the monthly payment from my Welsagargo account but still every month they make mistakes and my payment is not paid every month and they have to send it to the collection. Also, the bank has made several mistakes in all my accounts and I have requested an official audit because of all those errors that were conducted by this shady bank.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The Marketing manager called and trying to offer me a gift card to buy a dinner which I felt this humiliation instead of apologizing and fixing the errors bank issues offering me a gift card. I also went to the branch trying fix the due date of a direct deposit withdraw from my Wellsfargo account into FCU mortgage account. The branch manger said the bank will not withdraw the mortgage if the dates fallen under weekend or national holidays, which it kind odd as this the first time I had this with any bank or mortgage companies. I also noticed that the bank charged me a late fee as well as charged me twice for mortgage of the month of January 2024. I also requested in writing via email to the branch a full audit to all my accounts and report to be send by mail to my address but no one confirming if they do so?

On 06/23/23 I financed the perchace of a off road use only non hwy registered vehicle with United Federal Credit Union. At time of perchase I had looked into insuring the vehicle myself but did not so since I new I would be traveling for work in ****** 6/21/23-10/31/23 during this time the vehicle would be locked in my home residence insured by my home policy. Apparently in the fine print of my loan contract it states I would have to provide full coverage insurance on the vehicle to secure the loan. UFCU waited 41 days to send me notice by mail stating this. They also sent two more notices by mail only. On 10/3/23 they put forced 1 year coverage *** insurance on my loan ( colataral coverage only) from Securian for *******. I was never notified of this except by **** mail that I did not recieve. As soon as I seen on my online banking this added to my loan I perchased my own insurance for ****** annually. Since 10/9/23 UFCU still has not refunded any of there force placed *** insurance on my loan. There also telling me they are going to charge me for the time the loan closed 06/23/23 till I provided insurance 10/9/23 $807.00 added to my loan spread over 12 months charging me intrest the whole time. I absolutely want this reversed and want UFCU be required to provide email notice to customers within 10 days when insurance is needed. Also UFCU is a bank not an insurance company, If I'm to be billed for Insurance it should from the insurance company not billed to my loan. Furthermore the *** insurance placed requires UFCU provide the tital to Securian for said colataral to be covered. So there trying to back charge me for insurance that would not even be valid. I have not provided tital to them yet as I'm still working In Alsaka and will not be a back in Nevada DMV till 11/4/23. This is outright unethical bank behavior and borderline fraud and must be stopped!Business response

Also when I called Im always gonna talk to you like Im dumb or ********* They are so rude. They do not care about anything that you have for all they do not let him explain yourself.
