      Last month UFCU did a "system upgrade"which caused me to not having access to any of my credit card transaction history prior to the date of the upgrade. I called UFCU several times relating to the issue and more than a month later the issue is not resolved.

      The bank united federal credit union did an update on the system since then there was a charge maid.to my account that i didn't authorize of 80$ from ***** I've tried to dispute it with there visa/ debit center and they claim that the money went right back into there system but its not showing in my bank account. I've talked to member service center for over a week now and all i get is hang up or they say that they dnt know when that money will be returned,im very upset that nobody is helping me and not giving me answers please review my case asap this is making me very stressed because i feel that nobody is listening to me and they dnt have answers ever since there system was upgraded the last person i spoke to was Linzy F******* even tho she tried to help she still did not know how to help me or new when the money will be returned her num is ************

      I went to United for a credit union to have them do a loan for me for an RV I purchased the RV from an individual which still had an outstanding loan on it through another bank and told my bank this information and that was told to make sure they got the correct payoff they took the word of the individual instead of contacting the actual bank institution and getting the correct payoff information so intern when the check made it to the bank to pay off the loan there-was not Enough money to pay off the loan to release the title to my bank so the bank is requiring or requesting that I pay up the difference when it was their responsibility to make sure they had the correct information for they process the loan and I don't see how it's my responsibility to fix their screwup and take money out of my account to make up the difference

      I had a camper that was a total loss I called several time as well as my insurance agent a received different pay off amounts. Once I negotiated the amount they sent on the letter or guarantee and insurance paid they now say sorry we made a mistake on letter of guarantee you still 1700.00 dollars bc insurance stated that's all they would pay then said sorry the person who sent the letter of guarantee was mistaken and apologized but your still responsible I have this recorded on the phone call

What did I want him to do call me back just to hear the rep was wrong while he was the one giving me incorrect information incorrect payment amount they also told me for 5 years the only way to update billing address was to go to the bank because I did not have a saved email and to get my email on file I had to physically sign at the back because policy says it's considered giving out personal information also rep stated this on the call but another rep sent me an email to load my email with the account on file then the rep told me it was not my fault I should not be responsible for this amount bc of mistakes they made all this is on recorded calls I have 1 my contact information was used to ask insurance agency for letter of guarantee that united deleted from account outside of 24 hour window. Policy was broken when personal information was given out and sent to email. Service people incorrectly provided the wrong amount on letter of guarantee. Was told would not release title until loan was paid in full title has been released on the 16th. Provided wrong payment amount. United federal credit union has done nothing to compensate for the mistake that they made. I negotiated with my insurance company to pay off loan they sent the incorrect amount on the letter of guarantee. The amount on the Lerner of guarantee is the amount insurance provided them with. They want me to pay the remaining balance I do not wish to pay this amount. I have manager Justin *** recorded stating he does not feel I should be responsible for the remaining balance. They have also stated it against policy to give out personal information and I have that recorded as well. I am willing to provide these recording at any time. I ask to speak with Justin *** supervisor because of the wrong I formation I was given I was told no she is not customer facing and noone else could assist me so I dint understand what good it would do to contact this number. They also state my insurance paid me for the camper I was paid 21500 for the amount if the camper. The female manager told me wrong information trying to educate me with incorrect information regarding insurance company. They are also calling my insurance company without me being notified because they are accidentally deleting my documents. Justin *** said me calling was only to complain. Justin *** said I had been provided more correct information than incorrect information and well mistakes happen. I am in not way satisfied with being responsible for this remaining balance that was provided incorrectly by united federal credit union and I have them recorded admitting to this. The only thing they have told me is to pay the amount. They are taking zero responsibility for the many mistakes that they have made. I was told on recorded phone calls by rep and I quote well mistakes happen I was told well we have given you more correct information than not. They have released the title which the letter of guarantee says they will not do until loan is paid off. They have provided me with incorrect payment amounts. That I just call in to complain. Received different pay off amounts ans the letter of guarantee was incorrect. They sent against policy information to email that was not on account. When I ask for a call back and for them to listen to recorded call I was told what do you want me to call back for just to tell you the rep was wrong. Rep tried to tell me insurance company's do not negotiate (they do) I do not accept no resolution I have been provided nothing from this company to fix the situation
