    The quality of the work is good; however, customer service is not their forte. I signed the contract in May; but the work did not start until 11 Aug. Both the owner and the person with whom I signed the contract with, provided very little communication as to when they would start the project; I had to ask for a link that would at least allow me to watch where my name was on the list. Five months was a long time to wait for service. When the service started the 2 man team started off strong but then days were taken off without explanation. Sometimes it was legit such as weather; however, other days such as a three day stretch, the owner did not even know if the team was at the job site. He asked me if they were here. It took ~7 weeks to complete due to the many short days and days taken off by the team. Finally finished around 23 Sep the owner cam by to review the work, there are a few minor areas they need to fix and they still have some trash to pick up. The leader of the team said he would come back to help me wash the third floor of the house, thus he left 40' ladder. It sat outside for 6 weeks finally I put it away out of sight and exposure. The next day the team arrived unannounced and took a gander around my property, did not even knock to indicate they were here. Nothing like looking out your office window and seeing a man wandering around on your property, it felt like trespassing. As indicated the work is good; however, customer service is terrible. So if you like your contractors to communicate regularly with you; do not hire this team.DA

    Homeowner failed to monitor the Job Schedule/Job List when she was emailed a link to do so. She could have monitored that private part of our website. No other contractor provides that ability. in addition, it wasnt until later we realized she mostly disregarded our emails so we switched to texting with her. She live remotely so someone showing up unannounced is valid if it did actually occur as I have no proof either way. This home is 4 times the size of your standard ranch type of home with a large section that is two and three stories above a slanted ground. As the homeowner admitted The quality of the work is good in fact its great. We put our most senior installer on her project who has over 25 years of experience and does immaculate work however, the smaller project before her project he stepped into a hidden hole in that homeowners yard and injured his knee as was unable on some days to constantly climb a ladder with the stress that puts on his knee. Therefore, we spoke directly with the homeowner about this situation and she was ok with it as the work was good but our installer missed some days here and there due to the swelling on his knee. The homeowner was informed/contacted each time ****** could not be at her home. Yes, sometimes we have to contact the homeowner to ask homeowners if our installers are at their home as if our installers are standing at the top of a ladder they would not be able to respond not to mention some homes are in remote areas where the cell service is not the greatest. Once ****** completed the project the homeowner did not follow the written procedures she agreed to in writing and was reminded about multiple times and that was to walk around with the ******* and make sure everything was installed and cleaned up to her satisfaction. When a homeowner shortcuts our process we setup, implemented and every homeowner agrees to in writing and then is reminded of in multiple emails then we arrive where we are based on her review.Prior to any review the owner performed his inspection and found 2 items that needed to be address but ******* doctor would not allow him to work until about 6 weeks after the project had been completed and I once again notified the owner that ****** would finally be returning to address them. Also, we install our project based on a first-sold-first-installed basis. All of our customers have private access to our Job Schedule/Job List. We had 6 other projects which entailed the same work as hers that were standard 2 to 3 thousand square foot one story ranch type homes. Her project again was 4 times the average size. If anyone is paying attention help - good/great help is hard to come by and given her enormous home you could not place installers on that home that did not have the experience to make sure everything was properly installed. I apologize for how long the project took however, again it was a very difficult large project. In fact, it is the largest soffit, fascia and gutter project weve had in over 47 years. We apologize for any miscommunication you may believe took place.
