Terrible. Was over charged the agreed amount, ******* was fudged, windshield broken, probably from the 300 miles on the car, they said it had 13. They say they have no parts bow. Finance manager was supposed to call and did not, very rude to keep someone waiting. Sign of guilt over mistake. I would NEVER shop here again.

I am located out of state and contacted them to purchase a vehicle. A man named Will was great. All went bad when there business manager/finance guy name Badron( not sure how to spell it) got involved. Will sent me over the work sheet and I right away noticed I was being charged sales tax. I should not of been charged sales tax as my trade in wa worth more than the vehicle I was purchasing. In the state of Indiana I would receive a tax credit. They use a place called dealer doc to do there out of state paper work. Will had sent me the work sheets and I noticed that they did not have my trade value in the trade column and this was the issue. Badron told me that since I had negative equity in my trade I did not get a tax credit, which is wrong also. He got a bad attitude with me and told me he has done thousands of deals Bro. He didnt even want to sell me the vehicle because I was out of state, and he had someone else to buy it.then hung up on me. To collect sells tax again is illegal, he wasnt fully honoring my friends and family as he was charging more than the discount should of been. All around a shady experience and illegal one also. Discrimination against me for being out of state , tired to collect illegal sales tax that they would of kept. Avoid at all cost
