We signed a contract with Blockhead for snow plowing, ***** season. Per their contract:This contract is for snow plowing provided by Blockhead. This service entails plowing snow from all driveways and other agreed upon hardscape areas when new snowfall reaches 2 and above. Any snowfall above 6 may require 2 services and any snowfall over 12 may require 3 services (depending on heavy, wet snow). Service begins after the first measurable snowfall and will continue until Blockhead occurs.I emailed Blockhead on January 11, 2024. The path they plowed was narrow, sloppy, a lot of snow was left on the pad in front of the garage (plow didn't get very close to the garage doors), and on the driveway in general. Their reply was 'Within the first *************************************************************************** ' They offered an excuse in place of fulfilling the contract.The weekend of January 12, 2024, we had snowfall during the day. A truck came at approximately 10:30pm. No one came back until after 10am on Monday morning, even though there was significant snowfall over the weekend. We were not serviced AT ALL on either Saturday or Sunday.On 2/15/24, my husband cleared a path using our snow blower. Even though there was significant snowfall, no one from Blockhead ever came.On 3/22/24, someone did come through our drive but the work was unacceptable. I have photos to evidence just how poorly and incompletely the job was done.Attempts to contact Blockheahd were met with excuses, or completely ignored, on multiple occasions. We have photos and security camera footage to document the lack of service, incomplete work, and damage/obstructions that were left behind. I emailed Blockhead on May 2, 2024, and again on May 7, 2024, to try to resolve this matter. I received no reply.I live next to three of my siblings who also contracted with Blockhead and experienced the same lack of service and professionalism. We are all seeking restitution.
