7/27/22 measurements were set to the business for a tux rental for a two groomsmen for a wedding on 8/20/22. 8/18/22 wrong tuxes arrived, a replacements was ordered for overnight delivery. 8/19/22 arrived to pick up tuxes, and was rushed out without being about to try any of the clothing on. But was told to call to come in on 8/20/22 if any alterations were needed. After trying on the tuxes, some sizes were way off, and there missing pieces of clothing. The pants were massive, and the vest and pocket square were missing. On 8/20/22 after multiple calls, and texts to the owner we got a call back to retrieve the missing items, and have alterations done to the pants. She had the vest and pocket squares ready for us when we got there. And began working on the first pare of pants. She attempted to hem and tighten the pants using a power glue (which did not work and the other groomsmen and i had to clean this off our selfs). After that she attempted to sew the pants for the alterations. Which she grabbed things to sew them, and had us follow her to another location for someone else to sew them. When we arrived we were at a park, and they were being sewn standing up, with the second pare of pants on the ground in the grass/dirt. After the sewing i tried the pants on they were so tight i could not bend my knees, and there was a 3 inch flap from the back of my thigh to me ankle. Her response was no one will be able to see it in the photos since its on the back. At that point we were out of time and had to rush back to the wedding. We had to undo all the sewing on the first pair on the drive back. And during the wedding all hemming with the glue failed. The following day when i brought this up to the owner, she charged full price of $195 each tux ( two tuxes in regards to this complaint) and told me if we dont pay, she will charge the Bride and Groom. I have photos supporting damage caused by business staff from alterations. Do to needing to rush back I have none of her work
