After thinking about getting microblading done for a few months and following her page, I decided to set up an appointment with Emily. She seemed nice enough through conversations prior to paying upfront for the service, and seeing as she was working out of a store front at partridge creek, I felt comfortable enough paying upfront. I asked about getting some form of a receipt after paying through Apple Pay, she said it will show I paid on my end . I set up the appointment, scheduled a sitter for my 3 year old, and then get a text 1/2 hour before my appointment (I was already on the road as I live 50 minutes away) , that she was exposed to someone with Covid and had to reschedule. Fair enough. I rescheduled and unfortunately my sitter also was exposed to someone with Covid, so I needed to reschedule again. I thought, third times a charm right? I rescheduled my appointment on a Saturday at noon. That morning she texted me saying she had to move her business, from her storefront, to her parents house, and wanted to reschedule for later in the day at 5:30. I asked what the new address was and she did not respond until 5:30 …How am I supposed to get there if I dont know the new address? I kindly asked for a refund, and she said she does not do them (there is nothing on her website regarding this), and if I didnt want to get microblading done again I could do another service. At this point things were looking very sketchy to me, and I was pretty annoyed. I decided to reschedule again as it sounded like I wouldnt be getting my money back. So I show up to her new “business location” (her parents house) at my scheduled appointment time, which was confirmed 3 times through an email on her end. I ask her parents if she is there, they look confused. I spent over a half hour at their house with all of us trying to get ahold of her through texts, phone calls, through her boyfriends number , etc. Finally, she responds and says I had the time wrong and offered no refund.
