What a horrible experience dealing with Tech Seven. I would avoid using their services at all cost. Their prices were highest compared to all of their competitors. The only reason I went with Tech Seven was because the other companies were not taking new customers at that time. Initially I was impressed with the company. They seem to be very tech savvy with alerts on when they are on their way and picture of the technician was included in an email. The technician was on time and friendly. That is were the praise ends. Once I received the **** I was shocked at the price. There was an additional fee to turn on my sprinkler system that was not communicated when I called for a price initially. I also had a check valve replaced, and the initial verbal estimate from the technician was approximately $40 plus labor. When I received the **** I was changed $112.75 just for the part. For a part that you can get from a big box store for under $40. I called the next day to speak to someone about the ****. and was told that someone would get back with me. It took a week and multiple calls to hear back from someone. The manager/owner was turned aggressive and combative quickly into the conversation. I told him that the technician had stated verbally a very different price initially. His response was that is hearsay, and it felt like he thought I was lying. He asked what my profession was, and said that I should understand the price because of what I do for work. In the end the conversation did not end positively. There are many options for sprinkler company's out and I will be looking elsewhere in the future. Use Tech Seven at your own risk.
