      Lied about delivery date. When confronted sent me to a side page stating international orders will take 5 weeks and told me i should have read that first. Csr representative ***** had the audacity to get angry at me for being confused bg their terrible shipping practices.

      I bought Vionic Rest ***** - Women's Supportive Sandals and ********************************* Slide Sandal - Orthaheel for $143.50. I gave them as a gift so a senior who is out of the country. Both shoes are really bad and do not have any traction and is very slippery. Good thing the person has not slipped YET. I contacted the shop and they said they cant do anything about it. . I said this is a liability As the person can slip! I asked can I get a partial refund if they dont want to give me a full refund and they said I already got a $15.95 discount ($143.50 is after the $15.95 discount). They said they cant do anything and they dont plan to do anything about the two products that I have mentioned. Dont buy here.

      Seller refuses to give refund my shoes are scuffed at the front like they have been worn .item isn't the same as ad .that was shown and I cancelled my order but it came any way .I got called to surgery early .so I took the apptment to get it over with .shoes came on day of surgery .I am now in a nursing home .all seller can say is print label and bring it to get shipped back .hello I keep saying I can't drive and I'll be here for awhile .what a sorry excuse for a company apparently they have no respect for their customers only their money shame on you .

      The Orthotic Shop doesn't provide the ordered product, just excuses! Buyer beware: shop elsewhere if you want to receive a quality product. I sent in my order in January and have waited 1 month and 2 weeks to receive my order. Their customer service has provided excuses ("bad weather, and the product is in the lab"), but I haven't received the product. I have cancelled the order and expect a full refund.

      Horrible customer service! I ordered slippers and the right heel was faulty and kept slipping off my heel. I tried them inside only When I returned them, they said they were worn and I couldnt get a refund. They gave me a phone number to speak with a manager, but the number was only for leaving messages and they dont return my calls!! What a sham company

      Seems there are a few others who have had similar problems with this lying business. First, I talked to a lady on the phone. I needed to make sure I would not have to pay return shipping if I had to return the shoes (because I could not afford it). I talked about the exact shoes I was going to order. She assured me I would not have to pay for return shipping. When I finally received a refund it was $7 less than the purchase price! After emailing them asking what was going on, they said those shoes were not ones that could be free return shipping. So it was a bald faced lie! I will never do business with the Orthotic Shop again! And urge all to steer clear of them as well. They don't deserve even one star! Liars don't deserve one star! ******** has quite a few corrupt entities these days it seems (IMO). If I had realized they were in ********, I would not have tried to buy shoes from them. And I should have read these reviews! Never would have ordered at all! This is how they make their money, scamming!

      Shoes i ordered were not good fit for me, and also it looked like they were worn before me. I had to return them, and payed the shipping myself. After about 2 weeks waiting for my refund, i was told that they gave them to donation because they can't take shoes that were worn. They then told me that if i had responded in time, they would have send them back to me.

      We bought an expensive ice machine for a knee surgery and used it for about six weeks We then dried it out and stored it and it did not turn on six months later they told us it was past the warranty and did not even offer anything in good faith. Horrible.

      Shoes were sent to wrong address. Called customer service. Said it happens all the time. I do not believe customers put in the wrong address. Person said it was the third time today that people had complained about this problem. The problem is on the companies end.

      I ordered a pair of Propet ****** men's sandals from this company a few weeks ago. I mistakenly transposed the last two digits of my address, ***** (St name, city and state withheld to protect my privacy) and thus, when the announced day of delivery arrived and no package did, I asked them to verify on their end the delivery via **** They explained I had sent them ***** and that *** had indeed delivered to that address. Since addresses ending in odd numbers was on the other side of my street, I walked across the street to find *****. Turns out, there is no such address, so the *** driver's statement that the package had been delivered to that address was at best a mistake and at worst a lie. When I contacted customer relations again to explain this, this is how Ms ***** responded:We can see where the order was placed, we can see that you placed the order with that street number. We made the shipping label with the address you provided,Again please contact the postal service to see where it went, We made the shipping label for where you stated you wanted it delivered.Regards,********************* *Customer Service****************Ext. 402*She was mistaken in assuming a postal service, since it was delivered by *** and not the USPS.Regardless, I did as she suggested and contacted ****They were as unhelpful as could possibly be, saying they'd delivered to the address on the package which of course was not possible, since no such address exists. I contacted Ms ***** once more, explaining I did not want a refund, I simply wanted them to contact *** and ask the driver how it was possible to sign off on delivery to an non existent address. In a snarky and insensitive manner, she told me she could be of no further help.I wish there was a way to give this company less than 1 star!!!
