I engaged **************** to initiate an exchange of a ring I purchased from Biddy Murphy. Initially, the **************** team was responsive, and return shipping labels were provided on January 11th, ****. I returned the item that day. As of February 13th, ****, I have not received a response to the status of the exchange from the **************** team. I have utilized email, phone call and text messages to reach out, but none of my efforts have been responded to yet. I am looking for the refund to be completed as soon as possible.Business response

Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience! I have personally issued your refund (you should see it in your Amazon account). The ring has also been shipped to you. I take responsibility for not double checking that your exchanged ring was shipped. This was an amazon order so we don't normally exchange items for customers who have purchased through amazon instead of purchasing directly through us at Biddy Murphy, but
i made an exception. The return/exchange process is different for amazon orders. I apologize that I missed this error on our part. You should be receiving your ring soon.Again, we are very sorry for this!
