We had a death in the family, we already paid $244.12 as a deposit per the owner, back in May. ******, the owner told me she'd have the deposit money transferred back into our checking account in 5 to 7 business days. It is now 7 a business days and no transaction is showing ** in my account. I just need back the money to pay for funeral expenses please.Initial Complaint

We stayed at Sun & Sand Resort on October 8, 2021. We originally booked & paid for 2 nights, the evening of the 8th-9th with check out on the 10. I paid the full amount upon check in. TV/Cable wasn't working. When getting up in the night to use the restroom, I stepped on earwigs, at least 4 on the floor. Early Saturday morning, while in the shower, the fire alarm started going off, while I tried to deactivate it, bugs started falling out of the fire alarm. I thought I had it solved & resumed my shower. It went off again, We had to pull it off the ceiling, while more bugs continued to come out of the ceiling. We made the split decision to check out immediately. The front desk woman was extremely rude, and i doubt she actually checked us out. Said we needed a manager, was offended we would call the manager. I have sent 2 emails & 2 calls - none have been returned. I would like to be refunded for our Saturday October 9th charges.
