My Aunt had busted pipes due to winter this year. This company came out and fixed the issue and lit the pilot light on the water heater. They failed to give her a senior discount as stated by the owner. The water heater went out in the following days so she called and the son came out. He charged her another $50 to relight and told her that he couldnt give her any senior discount. He lied to her telling her that he was the owner, then told her he could get fired if he gave her the discount. When she called back again she spoke to the owner (the father) and she never could get a straight answer from him. They play games! Even though she is elderly she still has her wits and knows what is going on so be advised dont call this company! They dont stand by their work and will charge each time even if they dont resolve the issue on the first call. Bad customer service when the son came out as he did not ***** why the pilot light went out and discuss this with my aunt. He should have told her that if it went out again she may have to replace a part. Her neighbor came over looked it over and was able to tell her what was wrong immediately. What is wrong with this scenario? Save your time and money do not call A & R Plumbing!
