      Between ********************************* Gmc, Buick, I don't know which one is the biggest rip-off over charging you on the price of the car and over charging you on interest according to your credit score. SRF

      This by far is the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I dont know how it isnt criminal what they are able to do to customers. I purchased a car from a dealership in March ******************************************************************************** over $350 a month. I waited around what seemed like 3-4 hours. No one mentioned any problems or changes. Finally I go back to sign the paper work and pay my down payment and the loan officer spoke so quiet and under his breath I couldnt hear him. I was trying to follow along and by the time he was done with the 200 pages of separate documents.. just as I was to sign they then mentioned it was going to be 497 a month. I told them I had been waiting all this time and you went 150 over my budget. This is a waste of my time and almost left. Wish I would have now. Finally I decided I would just deal and try and refinance later. After a year of payments they are saying I owe more now than the car cost when I bought it. It was $16,500 at signing and now a year later after making payments and the downpayment they are saying that $17880 is still owed and thats before the 37% interest rate they stuck me with. According to blue book the car isnt even worth half of that now. By the time I finish paying I wild have paid 3 times what they were selling the car for at the dealership. At this point Im ready to hand the car over to them because I would rather have no car than deal with a company that would cheat you so much and refuse to work with you at all. I also am ashamed of the **** dealership that sold this too me. They lied the entire time just to get me to buy it and knew what they were doing. I will never go to another **** dealership again and until I can refinance or figure something out I really hope that this company gets out of of business for this kind of criminal scamming they get away with now.

      No stars . Not one Scam.Too high Reason why by here pay here have a bad name.And. Will repo your car and take parts from it .while u think your car is sitting.And tell you that you can pick tag up from some place all far. They don't try to negotiate even when u try to pay off and they charge the highest interest to keep u from paying off car. Such a rip off. Nothing good to say Hope people don't ever use them. Get a cash car or find a co signer with good credit because they are a scam/scheme if I ever seen one.

      I purchased my vehicle October of 2022. Which was a bit over ******* come to find out my interest was over *********. They took ****** automatically from my account. On February 2024 I was hit by a semi which totalled my car. We me and ***** got a payoff amount which was *********. His insurance paid ******** which i also paid for gap insurance which they paid ******** which together came to be *********. After he had done some digging they had the check for three days and never cared to inform me of anything. Well when he found out what had happened we brought ***** into a three way call. The supervisor said that it would be fine to cancel and reissue another check, which the supervisor was fine and stated he would predate the payment as the day of loss. Well I got a message today stating I owed another ******* + due to Progressive not paying the full amount and due to my gap insurace not paying enough. They gave me the option of paying another ****** in the next two days and the rest will go away. I have not worked, nor had a car in months im awaiting surgery due to the same accident. Then when I spoke to another supervisor today she put me into another department so they could explain it to me. They stated if I pay ****** + the rest will go away. Also this amount was because progressive did not pay the full amount so they couldn't put it to the payoff nor could they put the monies from gap. So we couldn't go by the payoff. So they have destroyed my credit made over ********* on a 2011 Sonata and due to me not having the money which ever one the 500 or 600 I was told they will continue reporting bad things on my credit because I signed an agreement to pay ****** +. So I was told today if I don't pay the 507 it will be going up in 2 days to ****** due to the interest. Please point me in the right direction because they have been overpaid. Not to mention due to them reporting to the credit bureau non payment my credit has went down by over 100 points.

      This company is the worst that I've ever been a customer with. We financed a vehicle through them and now we regret going through this company. We always made our payments on time. We have had a few financial issues lately so we called to see if something could be done to help us get through this hard time and customer service told us there was nothing they could do. Told us that we could try to refinance with a different loan company. We have tried doing this and have been told that the millage on the vehicle is to high to refinance. This company doesn't help customers they reel you in taking money and not willing to help when things get hard. The amount of money they charge is outrageous feels like never getting anything paid down and the monthly payments are to high. Then when you get behind for a few days of payment they call you everyday. They have time to call everyday but can't take the time to find a way to help customers instead of doing nothing to help.

      *******, They do not hold up their end of their aggreement. They dont ask fir verificstion on who you are as a person on the account. Theyd rather take it as long as they are going to be paid. My vehicle is in fact not registrated in my state & they said it was but i had it check out. Its not. Do not take anything thry say at face value, they dont have any. They are just like the one i worked for. They took a bribe to pick up my from other ppl (thieves) at ******* in ******. My payment is sceduled on the 29th of each month and told them i was out of a job. THEY Picked up my vehicle in the middle of the night & no wofd. I was headed to make a payment on it this week May 2024. Dont ever trust or use this company or the others.

      This has been a decent company to work with overall. My complaint is they do not have a way to accept documentation or requests digitally or via an established secure message portal. It's either fax or via snail mail. The only auto loan I know that is still working in the dark ages for information rely. Hopefully they will create a secure message center in the future that allows a smooth stream of communication between the customer and them. No one has personal fax machines anymore. We all use cell phones or VOIP. No hard **** lines are ever installed unless it's a business. Snail mail is unpredictable. I still have been able to registered my vehicle because the title department claims they have not received my mailed in request for a title change. They are collecting money and interest on a vehicle that can't be used.

      The worst company policies and the rudest employees. I made a agreement to skip 1 month payment and the company agreed that they would add partial payments on every month until it was satisfied. I've started paying on the back money I owed and I get a letter every month stating they're going to repossess my car. And they've also turned it into collections. I called them today only to get talked over and the lady yelling at me. Beware using this company because car lots will get you to finance through them.

      Criminals to say the least. Feeds on people with not a good credit history, If you are looking for a car and the dealership mentions this company run... run... run!!!
