On Saturday December 4, 2021 My card reader charged a customer 4 times for one transaction. I was able to void 2 but the software would not let me void or refund the third transaction until it had been processed. I was then charged a processing fee for both transactions. I brought this to my representatives attention the following Tuesday, She has yet to respond. On December 12 the same card reader charged a customer 3 times for her single transaction. I was this time, able to issue a refund for two of the three transactions. I wont know if I am being charged extra processing fees until the following day. I have not been able to reach any person from this company via phone or email since these issues arose. I called the pay anywhere company which is who Bridal Merchant Services uses and the rep I spoke to there was of no help at all. I am unable to reach customer service of any kind when I need to and I am being charged fees for transactions I did not process. The refused to refund me and can not explain why any of this is happening.Business response

I am following up shortly, I have been working with the client. her internet connection was causing the credit card reader to duplicate. we have been refunding the fees.
But I will share the clients communication with the BBB.
