I requested Dental X-RAYS from Great Expressions in ********** to be forwarded over a month ago since they dont have a dentist who can see me. It has to go through their corporate office in **. Ive called back a few times to have this expedited as I have problems with my teeth. Turns out I have two cavities possibly three now I called the new dentist today. The new dentist received an email from Great Expressions, giving them the instructions of how to access my digital records from the next email they were suppose to send. They never got the second email with my records. The new dentist emailed great expressions this morning and gave not heard back . I called Great Expressions in *******, ******** and they said the new dentist has to email the sender back to get the records. I asked for the phone number to this corporate office that I have to deal with to get my records that I paid for. I called, I was on hold for 10 minutes and then I had to leave a message. I cant get the dental care I need because they have been dragging their feet. Theyre holding my records and this feels like abuse.

I came in on 11-26-24 for a standard cleaning. They did some X-rays, and the doctor looked at my teeth and said I was good. Then before the cleaning the receptionist came in with $386 of charges for part of the cleaning, numbing gel, medicated rinse and an irrigation they said I needed. I said no, the doctor said I was clear. They refused to take no as an answer and pressure me with the hygienist pressuring me as well. I agreed to only the irrigation (which was just a medicated rinse) and charged me $35. I paid after the visit and left. Weeks later I received a bill in the mail for the irrigation for $35. Ive tried calling during office hours that says Im not calling during office hours and goes to voicemail. Ive also used the email they provided, but says it might be a week to respond. The bill is due at the end of this month. This place feels like a giant scam. Ive already paid and Im not paying a second time.

We retook pics again . I have been calling every week since Oct 14th and it is now Dec 17th and there is NO tracking for our new trays - HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? This has now been since April 2024 and I feel like they are LYING about not knowing what is going on!

My issues is I made a dentist appointment for ******* husband. We were advised me needed ********** advised on the call it had been about a year since I had my teeth clean & about less than for my husband. I did advise the dental assistant that I had Xray about a year or so ago & she stated you get x-rays yearly. & that our visit was covered by my insurance. We had nothing but x-rays done & provide information about a cleaning & was provided the breakdown of the fees. A few days later I got a letter from my insurance company about the fee the dentist charged & I called & was told the xray that dentist took was not covered & that we (my ************ had x-rays taking in 2022 & they're good for 5 years. I was also advise by my insurance company that the dentist should have confirmed what was covered prior to service. I feel we should not be responsible for x-rays we didn't need & when I had advise I took x-rays prior. I reached out several times to great expression billing **** @ 1-88-764-5380 & have not been able to get through to anyone. I have emailed & left messages.

I took my mother to Great Expression located at ***************************************. Note that I am filing this likely under the wrong office because their ************** was not an option. The required that my mother take more x-rays than required for the services they were planned to provide and the request from her PCP. In fact, her insurance company denied part of the insurance claim.I have been trying to months now to get them to send her x-rays to her primary care physician and gotten nothing more than a runaround by the company. I think they are afraid that she is seeking care from another dental provider. They have been unreachable by phone and will not respond to emails.

Great Expressions is causing my child to endure continue harm and is hindering her from being seen by another orthodontist office. The reason for the state is because my insurance company needed an narrative from the great expressions on when my child was last seen. And they have not sent the document which means my daughter continued car would not be paid for. The orthodontist where we live needs (which is another state now as we moved in May 2024) to know what type of bracket, and treatment plan that My daughter Kimira was having. it has been 6 months and I have expressed to Great Expressions office in ******* that Kimira bands are coming off, her bracket on her teeth is loose, and the wire is causing sores and sticking inside of her cheeks. As a single mother I do not have the luxury to waste money and it would help if the office would take this matter seriously and send the requested documents so my child can get continued care. The new orthodontist office in ******** has requested these documents and the insurance company has requested the narrative on when my child was last seen.I do not like seeing my child in discomfort.

My son was to receive orthodontic services with ** and they failed to do so. They receive $500 deposit to start. He was scheduled to come in to get it done, instead he was given rubber bands between his teeth and told to come back later. The plan was to have the braces put in before school start, due to school schedule. I was billed two time again for services I continue to never receive from **. I been in communication with ***************** and it like playing the merry go round and no information on how to get a refund when service is not provided. I called the number they gave me and the voice mail is with full, the line is busy, or leave a voice mail, that no one will return.

At an appointment to replace my mouth guard in April 2024, my dentist said I needed x-rays. I informed the dentist that I had received x-rays there in February and that my ******** would not cover this. The doctor checked, and she informed me the x-rays would be covered. I told the dental assistant I did not think my insurance would cover the x-rays, but she took the x-rays. I was given my mouth guard, told to return the next week to adjust the mouth guard, which did not fit. I still have a 96-dollar charge for the x-rays. I called the office where I received treatment. including a three-way call with Humana, and was told that I would not have to pay. I have tried to contact the local corporate office numerous times, but my calls were not returned.

Subject: Request for Refund for Crown RecementationI am reaching out to request a refund for the crown recementation service I received on 10/15/2024. I paid $180 for the procedure; however, after the initial examination, the doctor indicated that the crown might not remain secure but proceeded with the treatment nonetheless.Upon completion, I expressed my concern that the crown still felt loose, but it seemed there was a rush to close as I was the last appointment of the day. Despite my concerns, I was advised to return the following day, with the likelihood that Id need to consult another specialist. Unfortunately, the crown detached entirely as I was driving home, leaving me with the original issue and out the cost of the treatment.I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in obtaining a refund, as the service did not meet expectations and has required additional follow-up. I have attempted to contact this business in several ways including email, phone and haven't been able to get in contact.

I am writing to formally address a significant issue regarding a $1,200 charge that I received from your office. I believe it to be unjustified and the result of unethical practices.During a recent consultation, my daughters orthodontist recommended a treatment plan. Unfortunately, I felt pressured to agree to the treatment under what I would describe as scare tactics employed by the office staff. After leaving the office and reflecting on the situation, I decided to cancel the treatment immediately. However, when I attempted to call the office, I was given the runaround and could not reach anyone who could assist me.When I finally reached someone, the young lady I spoke with refused to provide her name or give me a reference number to confirm the cancellation. Now, almost a month later, I have received a bill for $1,200 for services that I neither received nor wanted. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to contact your corporate office, I have been unable to reach anyone, as calls often go to voicemail, and the operator never answers. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering that we decided to continue with Great Expressions after your company's data security breach last year, which compromised my daughters personal information. We gave your organization another chance despite this incident, and now we are facing predatory behavior that preys on vulnerable parents.Ive tried emailing the CEO and left voicemails on the corporate number that was provided to me and listed online no one has responded. This is unacceptable.
