We have a Dentemax plan supported by Aflac. Spent over $647 on routine dentist visits in March 2023, plan should have covered $603 of the total. We're still waiting on our money, and I've spent hours on the customer service line, sent a message via the Aflac website, never received reimbursement from the company. Or any correspondence on when we'll be receiving our money.Plan is through my husband, *************************, group number AFCA536799.Initial Complaint

I contacted this company to request termination of agreement of my two dental practices and their dental provider network. I was told this would take 30 days. After that time elapsed, I have made multiple calls and follow up emails to see why this has not been resolved. I have done this with other insurance carriers and it is completed immediately. My follow up emails go unreturned and phone reps tell me they will escalate this and send an internal email and have someone email me an update, which never occurs. The reason for my termination of network agreement (which is at-will agreement legally) is that they have SLASHED reimbursement rates by over $100 per procedure starting in January 2022. There can be no other reason for them to not process my request for removal of my practices other than the financial gain of dentemax and its affiliates. This at best ineptitude or at worst egregious financial fraud will be costing me thousands of dollars per month beginning in a few weeks.
