My child had been waiting for almost a year for an autism assessment appointment that was already set in place for the beginning of ****. The facility notified me after waiting months to tell me they now no longer accept blue cross complete. I contacted blue cross complete multiple times speaking to customer service agents and their supervisors and they could not name one facility that takes their insurance for autism diagnosing. This is criminal, they have been reported to the state and I will be dropping this insurance as soon as possible.Review from Symona M

I have had Blue Cross Card Complete for years now. Each time that I have called them whether it be for benefit information or for something as simple as a provider directory, I have not been accurately helped. Whenever I asked for information, I am never given it, nor is an effort behind finding the information for me. Worst of all, I have to deal with the rudeness of the representatives on top of all of it. The representatives make you feel like you are bothering them. My last call with them, I requested to file a grievance and was told I will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours by a supervisor and that did not happen either. So not only do you not receive the services requested, nor get a professional representative on the phone, but they also lie and do nothing to resolve any issues. I am very unhappy with this company. Ive only stayed with them because I have good doctors that I want to keep under this plan, but this year I am selecting a new plan under another insurance company. I also work as a customer service representative and have never treated my customers this way. I make sure I do everything I can to assist them, find the answers they need, and resolve concerns.Review from Joseph P

I am victim of discrimination first question I was ask when signing up for blue cross complete of Michigan was what race am I. After leaning my race I was denied my benefits. No fillings for my teeth and no cleaning either. But they say I have dental insurance through Blue Cross complete of Michigan. What a joke on me . How many other minorities have they did this to saving them millions in government dollars just by using this racist tool.They ask you just a simple question what race are you.Review from Steve G

BCBS denying the care you need to maximize executive compensation. It is better for the bottom line to let you die than approve the care you need. BCBS pays big money for ads claiming to get you the care you need from the doctor you choose. Another lie. If it was true you wouldn't need to pay for ads trying to convince the public it is so.
