I participated in this Indiegogo campaign to support Redcliffe for medical masks and accessories. I never received them, though they claimed to have shipped and fulfilled their orders. They even provided a survey to those who had yet to receive all or part of their orders; I submitted the survey online multiple times. There had been no reply. In spite of non-delivery, Redcliffe has been very active to solicit further orders on their web-site. Indiegogo has transferred millions of contributors' money to Redcliffe without additional independent feedback, although comments in Indiegogo campaign pages by contributors have provided a documented trail of concerns, alarm bells and complaints. They have transferred funds needed beyond R&D, design, manufacturing, etc to Redcliffe beyond printed shipping labels, rather than actual product delivery. It seems Redcliffe was more a shipping label print-shop, rather than a company producing PPE to its backers during these COVID19 crisis.Initial Complaint

The company claimed it was working on devices after several delays. I backed them on Indiegogo. After reaching out over several months after their updates came, I have not heard back.This is the same as many others.Initial Complaint

Purchased the Leaf PRO mask for $205 on 7/7/2020 along with many other people on indiegogo. They have been sending a few junk masks to a few backers and the rest of us have received nothing. They dont answer emails. They continue to sell these masks without fulfilling their orders. Total scam. I backed this company on IndieGogo with the promise that they would deliver the products to me in 2020. That never happened. They sent "backer updates" in 2021 and promised the product in April then in May of 2021. They do not respond to inquiries and I have not received any product yet they continue to market themselves as a viable company and product. Quite simply, they have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it other than extreme frustration.Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 Leaf masks from the Leaf Mask website owned and operated by Redcliffe Medical almost 12 months ago. I have received nothing, and my attempts to contact this company have been utterly fruitless. But the straw that broke the camel's back: they sent me an ad today to try and sell me filters for the masks they never sent. WHY ARE THESE ********* STILL IN BUSINESS?! DO SOMETHING ALREADY
