*****Beware of UIF******UIF, recently left me disappointed, disheartened, emotional hurt and frustrated with their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. I submitted an offer for a property after receiving the pre-approval from 'MK' the area manager of UIF, I believed I was in safe hands. However, my optimism quickly turned into despair as I encountered numerous issues.After signing the contract and receiving consent submitted on a property from 'MK', I was taken aback when he informed me, days later, that the loan couldn't be funded. It turned out that 'MK' had made a grave error, according to his 'underwriter' they couldn't fund the loan. All these calculations were being reviewed after the contract was signed. This mistake left me with three options: find a co-buyer (which was unfeasible), increase the down payment by $30,000 (despite already paying a substantial amount), or search for a cheaper home altogether. The situation left me feeling immense pressure as I tried to recover my lost appraisal fee of $600 and $4300 of ******* money.Adding to my financial loss, 'MK' nonchalantly mentioned my new approval amount was cut to $255,000 without offering any explanation or further assistance on how I could recover the ******* money. Since that conversation, 'MK' has vanished. Needless to say, I feel utterly deceived by UIF and strongly advise others to steer clear of their services.It is crucial to note that not only did UIF fail to deliver on their promises, but they also charged higher interest rates compared to traditional banks. Despite marketing themselves differently as 'Islamic' the reality is that their interest rates are not competitive, as they exceed those offered by banks by at least **** percent. This misleading information further adds to the disappointment and frustration I have experienced with this company.********STAY AWAY**************

UIF is awful to work with. ************************** simply failed to communicate even the simplest items and would never answer a question when asked. Literally never. Like a bad politician. Beyond the communication issues, they wavered on multiple items in transaction and didnt seem to know what they were doing. It was a terrible experience.

Our Managers are working with the Realtor and all other parties involved to resolve this situation. We hope that all parties will be satisfied with the resolution.
