      I took my vehicle in on 08/13/2020 for service and was told I needed a engine replacement, with my warranty I had a 0 mileage engine put in for a total cost of $8284.02. Since then my truck has never ran the same, I've taken my truck back several times over the 3 year span for the same engine noises lifter ticking. Always paid the service fees for them to tell me it was normal for that engine. Now I take my truck back for service on 04/15/2024 for the same engine lifter ticking only for the certified machanic to tell me the noise is not internal and that I needed to pay $977 for an ECM. Paid that but now it is internal damage to the engine block. Now they want me to pay to have a new engine replaced for $12,000 or used for $7,900. My truck only has ****** miles on it and the warranty was for 3 years or ******* miles. *** should they not honor my warranty? But expect me to pay for a new engine with more mileage than I have now? Asked to just put my truck back together because I was able to drive it in, and was told now I have a piston stuck and have to get a replacement engine which I can't afford. Please help because this is Not Fare.

      A deposit was placed when purchasing a vehicle from Serra. It was partial credit card, partial bank check. Following the deposit, final paperwork was signed and vehicle was purchased/picked up. 2 months later while reviewing the loan amount, it seemed higher then what I expected to finance. As I looked into everything more clearly, I noticed they had never applied the credit card deposit to my purchase price of the vehicle and instead had the loan amount make up the difference. I contacted them after 2 months of owning vehicle, and I was the one who had to let them know the credit card was never applied and that they had my money on deposit. It was not a small credit card amount that was misplaced. They acted surprised when I brought this up, which just seems like either unable to manage financial responsibilities of a company or poor intentions. They then informed me I would have to come in to get the credit card refunded. Upon making the trip back to their facility in they seemed annoyed having to process it and in no way apologetic. Disappointing from a sales, accounting, mgmt point. Would not recommended. Not sure if I had not found error if they would have ever contacted me.

      I would expect they at the very least checked used cars to see if they need a new transmission but they don't and the car I bought immediately needed a new transmission.

      Customer purchased an AS-IS Wholesale to the public vehicle.  We encourage all customers purchasing these vehicle's to take to a Mechanic for a complete inspection prior to buying.  We have 3 forms that we have the customers sign, clearly explaining that we do not check these vehicles over at all - We are very upfront when a customer is purchasing a AS-IS Wholesale to the public vehicle
