              Over the past three years as the homeowner ******************. My property, which is managed by Beacon Management Services; I have called and submitted requests multiple requests for maintenance of the exterior grounds.This is a townhome; the cascading trees in the back of the home are so tall and so big that they have begun to brush against the windows and siding of the house. I have made several calls and attempts to have the tress cut back on my end unit. To no avail. It seems like a simple request however over the past three years nothing has been addressed. An *** servicing company is there to act and support owners and residents however, still several years later my properties is being neglected. I would appreciate for the *** company to do provide the service my monthly fee entitles me to and send a company to look at the trees which have encroached on my property and cut them back accordingly.

              Dear management and business professionalism is lacking. I moved out over 1 year ago I paid my last payment. It's a 30 days almost to reach the management company. I paid to. Break? The. Lease I sent the payment be in. Certified? Mail. One Year later I get a collections bill for that same payment that was sent supposedly recieved the check or attempted to find the check. No one was available yet again in the office. It was probably kept and put on my credit report intentionally. THIS Company and mangement are the worst in taking care of business The management office regional manager ************************* is vindictive, rude, unprofessional and lacks any business or management skill I would ever want as representation for my business. The corporate office are ghosts who are never accessible, dont return calls. This property management company and apartment manager management by far have no regard for residents. Aftercdoing all tgat I couldvto handle my business there I am penalized for a bill that I paid and my credit reportvm affected. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE live there. This treatment after 17 years residing there.
