I recently took my dogs into this establishment for boarding and was treated in such a racist manner, being talked at, down to, and made to pay upfront when previously not, being charged for services that was never told me me and I was questioned by the attendant who treated me less than a human being. When I told the lady that I didn't like how I was being treated, she never made eye contact, and never addressed my grievance. I booked a month in advance and when I came in, dressed in very casual clothes ready for a flight, there was an attendant to talked to me from across the room, made me pay upfront and sprung several charges on me. I would not recommend any minorities support this establishment. I immediately contacted the manager to share how devastated I was by the treatment and she told me to write a letter and then crickets. If someone said they were treated less than, they are just trying to avoid me so and hope that I go away. Therefore being complicit and clearly know that what I said had truth to it. I've reached out 4x for a response and I get the "I'll call you back." If that is how they treat humans, I can't imagine how they would treat my animals that I entrusted to them. I would encourage consumers to weigh your options because even if they don't treat all that way, the fact that I had to endure it and am scared by it shows the coat switching.
