              I purchased Lipo Boosters on Friday, June 30, 2023 at the Medical Weight Loss Delta Township (*******) office. I was informed that I would likely be approved due to no preexisting conditions and will receive my first injection on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. I was told on Wednesday I cannot get the injection because there is no order for release. I was approved on Friday, July 7, 2023 but the nurse, *****, will be in ************* on Sunday, so to go there. The ************* is closed on Sunday. I went to the Delta Township (*******) office on Monday, July 10, 2023. I was told *****, the nurse, is at the ************* and to go there for my lipo injection. It was a little after 5:30 pm. Today, Wednesday, July 12, 2023, ***** called me and said they do not have the lipo booster shipment in yet, so I shouldn't come to office. She'll call me when they arrive. I've asked for my money back but they will not give it to me. Also, they continue misdirect me from receiving the product.

              Little did I know that the method for weight loss meant giving up everything I enjoyed eating and left me with a strict diet of vegtables and fruit. After three weeks, I had lost 4 lbs. I requested a meeting with a Manager to see if I could leave the Program and receive at least a partial refund. The Manager would not return my calls so apparently I'm out $600 with nothing to show for it. Get all your facts up front before you commit. They use words like guarantee which would imply some form of reimbursement upon failure to deliver.
