THIS IS MY TRUTH MY EXPERIENCE. **** promised my wig in 12 days yet it took months. She finally admitted she lied about having the wig ready for pick up earlier. When I asked for my money back all of a sudden the wig was ready but guess what the custom wig I ordered was not custom at all. She alters the wig and deceived me by adding a band in the wig when she installed it to make it appear to fit. I ordered small custom wig thinking she makes them and gave her head dimensions. When I complained about it because once I took the wig off I saw a tag that said medium and she added a band. Oh did she have a fit. She stated she took a medium cap and altered it. Yet her websites states S M L and WIGS CAN BE CUSTOMIZED. No where do it says ALTERED, REALLY, when you buy a dress that customized its to your body proportion who expects a seamstress to get a dress and alter it, then tell you its customized. No customize means just that. Customized wigs dont say small medium or large they are customized to fit your head. She refuses refunds and get very unprofessional when she is wrong. I DO NOT TRUST HER AND HER PRACTICES ARENT UP FRONT.

Customer ordered a custom small wig. I handmade her wig on my sewing machine and I took the necessary mechanical steps to altering the size of the cap prior to machine making the wig which is a standard business practice. The customer cannot tell the business owner what it is needed to been done to complete the necessary steps to make sure that the wig is made properly. We even went out of our way to make sure that she was accommodated for the extra time it took to turn her order around due to us having to take extra measures to give her a small. This customer has a nature to being unruly and very difficult to deal with she has a common behavior of disputing with he bank according to U of M credit union the wig was pickedup at customers request and the client received a complimentary $400 install she then wore the wig a full month and stated in the attachments it was worth the wait!( see pics of text messages from customers number matching the order) she raved all during the appointment how nice and snug the wig fit I explained to her I took the medium cap in smaller with sewing machine alterations and that I added a band for extra security which she knows because its in all of my wig descriptions online that she read prior to her purchasing the wigs explains this. She is only claiming the wig is too large because the original size cap tag is still attached because I told her verbally I altered since her head is freakishly smaller than normal so there's no way a medium will fit her which proves the size was adjusted and she confirmed that it indeed did fit tight this is her 3rd time ordering from my business as we continune to exceed Ms.Taylory's expectation delivering her with nothing but the absolute best customer service. We are out of **** labor hours on delivering this Customers unit to her with color application and intimate installation and she thinks that she can request her full money back a month later this matter is currently involved in litigation as we are pursuing this customer in small claims court if this matter is not ruled in our favor she has not returned the product and it is outside of the order exchange for store credit window. Wow..... lies on lies. I wish I could post the text messages where she admits to lying. I will see you in court ***** Honesty is a sign of good business ethics not deception. You refused the unit. I wouldnt take credit for something I didnt order. You installed the wig using deceptive tools like a band to appear that the wig was small. You installed it on such a way that covered up the fact that it wasnt what I ordered. Like a girdle covering up a womans fat which you dont notice until she takes it off well thats what your install was deception which wasnt discovered until I took it off. FRAUD
