  To whom it may concern I would like you to know about a very poor customer service issue I experienced with your company office staff, trying to get a quote for bathroom work.I sent a request through your web page. I received a voicemail message from your company. I could not understand the name of the person calling because she spoke too fast on the phone, she was asking to get more details about the work. I returned the call, and a different young lady answered the phone, I gave her my name and said I was returning a call from someone about a request for a quote. She said someone was out to lunch, is this about a follow-up appointment? I said NO. She said she will have her return my call when she returned from lunch. I said OK, Thank you, Bye.Very unprofessional office personnel. If your work crew performs like this, no good.I never received a callback from anyone from your ************* I sent a text message about this experience.I received a reply from Chelsy, she apologized that she did not get the message, and was sorry I felt it was very poor customer service. Good luck with your bathroom remodel.There was no concern about the information she wanted or about the business I wanted done. I guess Chelsy feels my business with your company is unnecessary, and she does not need to do her jobor wants a job.With office staff, unprofessional behavior with customers represents your company's unprofessional work.I wanted to let you know about the unprofessional office staff you have.RL

  TL;DR. Had a roof installed in August 2023. Sub par install and poor communication.Here is my experience with the Tittle Brothers.Large crew shows up to replace the roof. Anything in the way they will rip off the roof including down spouts. My down spouts easily come apart with screws so that I can clean them out. Well they just used a hammer and ripped them off the siding leaving a hole in the aluminum siding and the brackets unusable. They completed in a few hours. Later in the day my spouse said that house really stinks. I just figured it was from the new materials. Nope it was one of the sewer stacks that was pulled out of one of the rubber drain couplers. I was able to get the sewer stack in place but then went up on the roof and there was about an 1 inch gap because the boot on the roof was in the wrong location. Then I started looking around the roof and that is when I found missing flashing and exposed nails. Well I guess part of the process is they have an internal inspector/repair person that comes out after to actually complete the job. So I literally had holes in my roof until that person came out. The inspector/repair person is a nice person and tells about how much experience they has every time they have been out but that's not who actually does the roof nor is there when the roof is being done. I had to have them out multiple times as I kept finding cut shingles and exposed nails. The inspector/repair person acted like they were doing me a favor when repairing these things. I can not recommend them.

  I would not use this company ever again it was the worst mistake I have ever made. I cant even find the words to express what this company put us thru they are very unprofessional they dont return emails or phone calls. **** Tittle *** was the worst he didnt show up for appointment or return phone calls. Damage to my home was done and the sideing had to be removed 3 times and laid in my yard for weeks the quality of their work was alful they took 4 months to do my porch and just side the front of my house half way up. They damaged my front door siding. ************ didnt show up to go over this damage with me even though I made an appointment with him but once again he didnt show up instead he went golfing that morning. It took several different crews to do this job and most days they would only be here maybe a few hours because they always had to go to another job. Finally ***** took over and made sure thing would get done and also Chance came out once because ************ didnt show up. Knowing I was going thru taking care of my son who is battling cancer and my Father-in-law was close to passing away. Some workers show up smelling of alcohol and weed. They did not clean up after themselves I had to it. My last two workers ****** and **** who are new to the company did an amazing job of cleaning up and tried to repair all the mistakes that were made in the past 3 months. The stress it caused me and my family will not be forgotten. The girls at the front desk were very sweet and professional. They definitely need new leadership at this company. Im a business owner myself and I would never treat my customers in this way. Stay away from this company.

  I got a quote on new gutters from *************************** representing Tittle Construction. He was advising adding gutter guards. He measured the length and gave me a verbal quote. There was no discussion of color matching or when the job could be done. Everything seemed legitimate. He said he would send me an email regarding the estimate. No email was received. The next morning , a female from Tittle left a message to call them. I did not call them back. The next ******************** called and said they received my signed contract through email and he could come over and get a check from me or I could call the office and pay by credit card. I called him back to inquire what was going on. I did not receive an email from ******, nor did I sign anything. He insisted they had the signed contract. Later, a male from Tittle called and said they had the signed agreement and I needed to call them. I talked with ****** again and I said either you made a mistake or you are scamming me. I said send me the signed paperwork you claim to have . Once I said that, no one called back.*************************** has an expired builders license according to the *****************. I am a 70 year old female and I believe they were pressuring me to give money quickly. It was a bad experience. I would never recommend this company.
