We had Greenfit Homes put in two new entrydoors for our house. They came on 10-17-22 and finished up on 10-19-22. The frontdoor is installed so poorly that they put washers under the strikeplate to raise it up, still the latch is barely catching, so we have to lock that door with the deadlock. Also it is very visible that the door and the frame don't aligne, even it was a prehung door. They blamed our house for that.The backdoor was fine so far, but after they left we discovered that the frame has a crack, which is coming apart more and more every day. We called the company on 10-20-22, spoke with ******, she told us, someone will come out on friday, 10-21-22. Nobody showed up and since then we can't get a hold of anybody, they won't answer the phone and they don't call back. They also didn't respond to an email we wrote.We paid $ ***** for 2 doors which are now in worse shape than the old ones were and we don't know how to fix it other than buying 2 new doors and have a good company install them.
