September 13th I paid $1270 for root canal to be done. When I go to appointment they tell me I had a previous balance so the plan for my root canal changed. That they paid off previous balance with money I paid for for root canal and that they'll do my root canal half way until I can come up with more money for insurance kicks back in. I had insurance for previous services a d for some reason they are not being paid. They can't take money I paid for root canal for a previous balance. I wanted a refund for $1270 but said I can only have $900 back and mail a checkBusiness response

We are writing off all previous balances and offered for you to get a refund or to come in and get the root canal done as planned and also to do the crown at no charge since your insurance is not active. I do see that you called back and got scheduled for the appointment. If there is anything else I can help you with please let me know. I am sorry for any inconvenience and look forward to getting this taken care of for you.
