After meeting with the consultant and paying 50% of project cost, we did not hear from company. I called several times and finally had to go into business and demand to see consultant. The project was delayed and the correct parts were not ordered. This company declared the project finished even though plumbing did not work in one of the bathrooms and there were several areas of the walls that werent repainted and the underlying drywall was apparent. We had to personally find a plumber to fix the problem in the bathroom. The painter they eventually supplied did such a horrible job that we will need to have bathroom completely repainted given the horrible patches of paint and uneven finishes.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: we communicated with ***** frequently and she was aware of the issues with the paint and plumbing. If a different representative would like to chat with me regarding the issues I have with the company, they can call me. Im happy to speak to another representative.

Better Business Bureau:
The purpose of me filing a formal complaint was to provide some awareness of the unfortunate experience we had with the company. We have paid the bill in full and have contacted outside professionals to finish the job and fix the sloppy work that was done regarding the paint. Im not sure who is responding and what the offer of a refund is referring to exactly. The company can reach out to me directly if they need clarification of the details.
