      If you buy from this place at least pay with PayPal so you can get help either getting your money back or a fire under their a** to make things right..really bad experience

      Took my money for products ordered. Some orders sat for as long as 6 months. When I asked for a refund after many attempts. She issued the refund and then stopped the refund. Took my money and never gave me my product.

      BUYERS BEWARE!!! This business does not fulfill orders!!! This business has no phone number to contact them and the chat on the website does not respond along with emailing her. I placed order in Aug. 2022, waited and waited. Contacted her and got the response oh your package was hiding in the garage and I will give you a partial refund of your postage and send out- she did give the partial refund. Waited and waited - no package!! Was never picked up from her home. Again contacted her, no response - ever!!! Have contacted my bank and they are now working the issue but I feel that I need to file in small claims court if my money is not refunded - looking into this now. I offered a resolution - full refund or send what I ordered - no response. I might even have to go to TicToc to get the ** community involved, don't want to do this but,,, I honestly feel this so called business is a SCAM. If you noticed, she took not only my money but other too around xmas resulting in her having a good xmas but SCAMMED the rest of us - just look at the other complaints aginst this business. Only gave 1 star because I have no choice in the matter when you have to select one!!!

      This business does not fulfill orders. Waited two months with no order. When asked about order via email, ********* TikTok, and chat they do not respond. Comments deleted. Finally went through PayPal to get a refund. Do not recommend this company at all. Many other commenters also commenting about not receiving orders

      And this is being generous. I have 5 orders with this company that have not been fulfilled in 2022. October 10th #***** $51.24, October 13th #***** $30.04, October 14th #***** $21.75, October 22nd #***** $57.98, and Nov 22 #***** $40.37. I have tried contacting this business with email twice with no response, ******** messenger with 2 messages and only getting the automated message and nothing else also thru shop message and have heard nothing. Also thru their lives on *******, they said they would check on it and didnt hear anything from them. Monday Dec. 12th I went in their live and they said they would refund my money for these orders as I asked. And nothing. I would give this company zero stars if I could. Customer service is not good at all.

      Orders have been refunded in full 12/15, as promised they would be on the social media platform on 12/12 near midnight - when banks were not open. In order to refund orders, funds needed to be transferred in order to have available to refund back to the original form of payment. This was requested immediately on the morning of the 13th, and funds were available to be refunded to you on the morning of the 15th. As for receiving requests on any other platform other than the night of the 12th, I was not aware. Therefore, the request made on the 13th was acted upon immediately. Thank you,

      On 12-2-2022. I sent an email to ****************************com. Asking for the refunds of 5 orders. I also sent ******** messenger to legendary glitter on October 31,2022 @ 5:21 am asking for a refund of the items from the orders from October 2022. Again on December 2, 2022 @ 1:36 pm. Telling her I would appreciate them refunding my orders from October 10th, 13th, 14th, 22nd and November 22. Telling her I understand that things happen in families that delay items but her turn around time said 2 to 3 weeks. But that it was unprofessional not to respond to the email and messages I had sent to her company. Also thru SHOP messenger on November 22, 2022. With no reply but the automated replies on ******** messenger and SHOP messenger. I also sent a message thru her website chat and no response. So I finally found her personal account on ******** and used ******** messenger and messaged her and finally got my refunds. So in my opinion she is very unprofessional and doesnt have to worry about my business with her anymore

      It has been 3 months since ordering and have not received my order, along with several others. I have attempted contact several times and have been ignored. I am not only out money, but Christmas presents.

      Communication had been sent via email as well as through various social media platforms. There has been no loss of money, as the order(s) have been refunded in full back to the original form of payment, and the refund(s) were issued immediately upon request after responding to communication via social media. Sorry for the unexpected delay in the order(s) - the refund(s) should still reach you in time to purchase Christmas presents.

      I have not received a refund for the following orders still: ***** placed 10/19/22 with a total of $73.11, ***** placed 10/05/22 with a total of $60.33, and ***** placed 09/26/22 with a total of $71.28. The total amount still needing refunded is $204.72. The response was not immediate. I began requesting information a month ago and only received a response after informing the business I planned on filing a claim in court for loss of money, which still may occur if thr above is not refunded by 12/15/22.

      As communicated through messenger, your order(s) were refunded, in full, today, even though the request had a refund by date of 12/16. The refund request was sent to Legendary Glitter via PayPal, even though the orders were NOT placed through PayPal. All refunds were issued to the original form of payment. Please refer to your transaction history on both the website as well as your banking for confirmation of refunds. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to post. Thank you.

      You are correct, the refund request was through PayPal because I was not receiving a response through Legendary Glitter's website, ******** account, and TikTok account. I will say that as soon as I replied to her comment about not being fully refunded, she did issue refunds. I hope this helps other customers if they are experiencing similar issues.
